Wicker Warehouse Recenzje 

I ordered a single wicker chair that I was told there were 10 in stock, later I was asked to change my order due to the 10 chairs in stock were for another order. I did change the order however I was never satisfied with the chair I did receive I just settled for it.
Also having to pay freight on my order didn't go well with me when I couldn't have the chair I really wanted. I could have cancelled the order but needed the chair to go with a set and Wicker Warehouse has good products.

I have not received the furniture yet - it’s too soon to give a review.

Customer service when placing order was perfect. Downside, received email furniture ready to ship, final payment taken, however they stated they cant keep up with the shipping demands this time of year, have not received furniture, sitting in warehouse fir three to four weeks, ordered in May for party in August, not sure I will receive on time😔

Returning to Wicker Warehouse after our initial purchase 8 years ago just reconfirmed how wonderful both your product and staff are! Our 8 years ago old furniture is still perfect and the additional plant stand adds the perfect touch thanks to Gail! Your staff adds a personal touch not often found! Furniture is extremely well made and very attractive and expensive looking. All employees at the company are very easy to talk with. They are very attentive to your questions and needs. First class and Five Star customer service. When you call you get to talk to someone right away. Would definitely order from them again. Highly recommend them

The product i seen online was exactly what i received. I had some questioned about how they ship there products and was satisfied, my product came and there was no problems.

Custom help on fabric we wanted. Staff took extra time to allow it to be shipped to upholstery shop. Nice shipping.

What warehouse is very responsive they kept me posted as her shipping, etc. this company has been the best I have ever ordered from. I would recommend them to anyone even though they are far from my site.

They have wonderful customer service to help with choosing the right furniture and arranging delivery. I was disappointed in the delivery though. It’s not entirely the fault of Wicker Warehouse but I think they should be made aware of the issues with their common carriers. I was supposed to get a call from the freight company telling me when they would be coming. I never got a call and we were away when the delivery was made. The carrier left them in our driveway in the rain. Fortunately there wasn’t any damage to the furniture or cushions.

Order never shipped and they eventually stopped responding to emails and calls. I'm still out the $1,000+ dollars and will have to work with the bank to get a refund if possible.

shipping was efficient, craftsmanship was excellent, overall the look is beautiful.
