All was well except I was not aware that furniture was "curbside" delivered which was extremely unusual and frustrating. $200.00 to have it delivered. Had I been aware, I would have purchased locally and have it delivered.

This company provided excellent communication throughout the ordering and shipping process. The wicker planter I ordered was packaged carefully and is of the highest quality. It has made my front porch look elegant - it is exactly what I wanted!

My porch furniture arrived so well packed…nothing was damaged! Furniture is so well made and beautiful!

The project was inferior. Rain arrived in separate pieces. It was not what I was told that was going to be. I was sold the fabric special ordered weeks later. It was dropped off in front of my house. Just kicked you off. When I complained, they won $898 to return the set I believe they missed represented themselves. also, the Christians came in a Walmart box.

I really love the new Wicker Chase lounge for my front porch. It’s beautiful and arrived very quickly when anything I could get from other companies would have taken months. B staff were very helpful when I had questions during the order process. I definitely recommend this company.

My only diasatisfaction was the length odntime from ordering June 1st to arrival mid July. Missed the 4th holiday when i was expecting guests. Website advised to allow "about 4 weeks for delivery, actual was more like 6 weeks

We appreciate that they sent us a second ottoman to replace the first one that arrived with a bent leg.

I have ordered products from Wicker Warehouse for over 20 years and have always loved the beauty and quality of their porch furniture and variety of patterns for cushions. The ease of using a phone and talking to a person is helpful in ordering. The big boxes were delivered to my porch by a delivery man, who opened the boxes and looked with me to ensure that there was no damage. The coffee is perked, I'm heading outside to my beautiful white wicker rocking chair!

The quality of the product is excellent. The staff that talks to you about your order are efficient and friendly. The delivery driver went above and beyond to be sure the delivery went smoothly and carefully. This is the 3rd time we have ordered from this company and we have always been completely satisfied.

I never ordered. It took two weeks to get the samples, and by the time I got them, the sale was over.

I ordered and received promptly, 4 pieces of milano bedroom which look very classy at a reasonable price. The pieces are not too heavy and of good quality. I used my little skill saw the pallet. I bought it to saw up some material from when a crew of guys did some remodeling 14 months ago to the bedrooms where the furniture was placed.

Love the product. Looks great in our sunroom with the other wicker furniture we own. Only one issue. The “metal plug” for a lack of a better term, that holds the metal latch in place, came off in shipping. I need to figure out how best to re-attach it, so that it closes and locks properly.

Customer Service was great and the delivery driver was awesome.

I love your product, but the delay for sunbrella fabric was excessive. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture with cushionson May 21 and I am still waiting for delivery.
