Our choice is to raise prices for everyone to cover these costs or to charge a little more to those locations. We still pay most of the shipping. FYI--this is what all of the truckers do. We agree with them and have followed their lead. We really appreciate Susan mentioning this so we can explain our thinking on this.

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent! I received personal emails regarding the shipping and delivery of my trunk. I had a trunk similar to it years ago. I was looking forward to receiving this gorgeous trunk, and it did not disappoint. It is intricately designed and so beautiful and elegant. I love it so much.

White Wicker Plant Stand

Wicker Trunk
The wicker trunk had some shipping damage but otherwise was perfect for what was needed to replace an old wicker trunk. The customer service was great, sending repair materials and taking money off the original purchase price for the damage. I would highly recommend this company!
