8 € Strom Aufschlag sind für ACSI ein kleiner Zuschlag
Habe heute einen ACSI Platz gebucht.(2341). Sollte 23 € kosten, es wurden aber 8 € Stromzuschlag erhoben. Auf meine Nachfrage bei ACSI wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß kleine Zuschläge erlaubt seien. Abzocke hoch drei, die ACSI auch noch normal findet.

The delivery for U.K poor service
The delivery for U.K. is 15 working days which was no good for me as I was leaving on holiday in a week. I have filled the form to cancel and requested cancellation as per 14 day cooling of period terms and conditions. It said if cancellation form was sent they would cancel and refund. Instead of refunding they say they have already dispatched and I should return it and then they will cancel. I have already left on my holiday so will not be able to send it back within this 14 day period. I will be putting in an official complaint as they should not have dispatched once the order was cancelled. I did this a few hours after placing the order on a Sunday.

I would not trust ACSI
I cannot beleive how inefficient and money-grabbing ACSI is. It is undoubtedly very political and anti British following brexit. it took its time to send me the 2023 card and handbook and as a result i had left for my holiday before the book arrived. I complained to ACSI who told me to return the book for a full refund. I arranged for my son to return the book some weeks ago. I have NOT had a refund despite contacting ACSI on several occasions. Instead, ACSI put the blame firmly on brexit. I cannot beleive that travel company should openly criticise the British political system!!!!!

Har købt bog og APP og været ved 5…
Har købt bog og APP og været ved 5 campingpladser, der alle ikke ville give ACSI rabat, selv om de stod i bogen og inden for datomuligheden. Vi syntes det er fup og meget trælst at køre efter pladser og så skal vi betale dobbelt pris. Falsk reklame.

Nach 3 Wochen noch keine Lieferung der acsi camping card. Hotline ist nicht besetzt - mehrmals 30 min erfolglos versucht. Auf email Anfrage keine Antwort. Was soll das?

sehr verbraucherunfreundlich
Das man hier ein Abo abschließt, war mir beim Kauf nicht bewusst. Schlimmer finde ich aber, das man keinen Hinweis bekommt, ob man das Abo vor Ablauf verlängern möchte. Die Krönung ist, dass man online keine Möglichkeit hat, das Abo zu kündigen.

App ANDROID très lente et proche de l'inutilisable (sur Note20...), cotisation à renouvellement automatique d'entrée sans que ce soit clair, SAV par mail réactif pour dire qu'ils suppriment votre abonnement... mais n'en font rien et continue à en réclamer le paiement...
