Great customer service

Great customer service - Australian distributor missed the order but Isabel sorted it out in no time and stayed in touch until the order was delivered.

Had a problem with the Atom

Had a problem with the Atom - the tech team were first class.
It could be fixed with a service so booked one on line.The first offer of a service date wasn’t great but they soon rectified that.
They went above and beyond after that - taking my bike away and providing a replacement whilst they sorted it.
My bike came back immaculate and in great working order.
Matt and Isobel have beed ‘on it’ over the couple of weeks it took.

Prompt arrivale

Prompt arrivale, Edward phone 20 mins before, service done, worn parts all changed, bike was skipping before the service, now works perfectly, Edward has extensive knowledge of watt bikes and bikes in general, highly recommend the service

Edward was great

Edward was great. Talked me through a few maintenance bits to do in between services and gave the bike a really thorough service. Looks like a new bike now.

Lacklustre customer support

Lacklustre customer support. Have been in contact with WattBike support several times over a dead motherboard on my Wattbike Atom. Always get an AI-generated response that does nothing for me. When I finally do get a response from a real person, it is to pass me onto another service provider who is completely unresponsive. This has been going on for months now. I would expect far better support for such a premium product.

Wattbike Atom new purchase

The item was delivered when requested and was very easy to setup and get up and running. The kit included in the purchase was all of great quality and the fan was a more than welcome addition.
Great exercise bike and seems easy to integrate with other fitness apps.

After the original service

After the original service, my wattbike Atom shifters would not connect. However talking to Matt on service support he arranged for a service engineer James to come within 24hours who correct the issue with a reset of the firmware and
pairing of the shifters. It was a great job by Matt and James. My suggestion is that if the pairing checks and compatability had been with Rouvy connection at the original service itself then this would have avoided the need for a repeat visit. My thanks are to Matt and James

After initial booking not being communicated, it was well communicated.

Excellent technical skills to service my bike, shame about the long delay to get an appointment

I am really impressed with the work that Edward, the technician, did in servicing my Wattbike. He is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problems which restored my bike to its former glory. Thank you, Edward.

The only disappointment with the whole Wattbike customer experience was the long delay from registering my problem until it was able to be repaired. The customer service team was very responsive but unable to influence the long wait for the availability of a technician.

Trouble free purchasing and delivery

Trouble free purchasing and delivery. Setting up the Wattbike Atom took under an hour. The accessory pack, particularly the cycling fan in this blistering summer, was much appreciated.

Quick and easy to book service. Edward messaged the night before to confirm the booking, he turned up within the time slot given very friendly and thorough. Carried out a good service. Really happy 10/10

Excellent Service

We have found that Watt Bikes are excellent bikes for performance and use at our club. We have been particularly impressed with the service and support team, especially Matt, who has been very efficient in helping with our bike service and support needs.

Wattbike proton

Like the fit and feel of the bike. But the noise that it makes is borderline unacceptable, for a near 2k bike. So loud and makes a ton of vibration through the pedals. Expect a lot better for the money.

Bike had an issue from receiving…

Bike had an issue from receiving delivery. Extremely noisy and vibrating through crank shaft.
Problems when trying to return due to AI agreeing collection date and then it never got collected after rearranging work to be at home.
Also if you return because you’re not happy with product there is a £200 charge. Thankfully they identified the issue and refunded me in full.

Overall I think the trainer is over priced and poorly made.

I wouldnt recommend this product.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for the error made by our AI assistant, which incorrectly confirmed a collection date that hadn't been booked. I completely understand how frustrating this was, especially after you had arranged to be at home. Once I became aware of the issue, I personally arranged for the bike to be collected the following week.

Unfortunately, because the bike had already been packaged up ready for collection following the AI error, I wasn't able to carry out our usual troubleshooting with you beforehand. We always try to diagnose issues remotely where possible and are transparent throughout our fault-finding process to ensure we reach the fairest outcome for our customers.

Once the bike was returned to us and tested by our technicians, we identified a genuine fault. As a result, we refunded you in full, rather than applying our standard return charge for non-faulty products.

I'm sorry that your experience fell short, but I do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our service and our AI processes
