Was talked in to having an order of milk by a nice sales rep. He did lie to me though, we normally have organic milk and so it is important to us where the milk comes from. He stated that he was a farmer and the milk was from local a Derbyshire farm. He asked where I would like the milk leaving and I showed him a box by the door and wrote this on my order. The milk was left on the pavement in the full sun, we live on a main road! The milk was Freshways brand, obviously just been picked up from the cash and carry and chucked outside our house, not even bothered to take out of the cellophane wrap and put their Watsons Pantry stickers on that are advertised on the website. What a scam!
Glad I didn't order anything else. Below any standard food that is sold at corner shops, with a completely unappropriate "Watsons" brand name, that they don't even bother to use on the goods

My experience with Watsons Pantry was a bit of a mixed bag.
The salesman who knocked on my door was genuinely very friendly, polite and chatty. However, I didn't appreciate being encouraged to sign up there and then before I'd had the opportunity to go away and review the website in my own time. I was asked to scan a QR code and register on the spot, which is something I would normally never do. The main reason I agreed was because I wanted to support the farming industry and the producers behind the products.
I also explained that I was very busy, but despite that, the salesman insisted on giving me what was described as a "brief" sales pitch. In reality, it lasted almost 20 minutes and included selecting and paying for my first order there and then. Personally, I don't think this is the best sales approach, and I'd suggest Watsons Pantry reviews its doorstep sales tactics to give potential customers more time and space to make their own decision.
That said, once I put the sign-up experience behind me, I've been genuinely impressed. The delivery service has been excellent, ordering through the website is straightforward, and setting up recurring deliveries was quick and easy.
One feature I particularly like is that I can order just a single crate of bottled water without having to meet a minimum spend. I often struggle carrying heavy water crates from the supermarket to my car, so having them delivered is a real bonus, especially while the free delivery offer is available.
The product prices are reasonable considering the specialist nature of the products, although it's worth noting that my current prices include a temporary 20% discount.
Overall, despite my reservations about the initial sales experience, I'm pleased with the quality of the service and plan to continue using Watsons Pantry for now. I'll reassess once the free delivery and introductory 20% discount period comes to an end.
Extremely pushy sales people
Extremely pushy sales people. Was practicly forced to scan the QR code at the door, to buy a carton of 6 eggs and a thing of milk and didnt let us do it later and then pressured us to take a photo as well which i found so weird?? The sales reps were nice but so extremely pushy that it made us feel uncomfortable and i kept thinking the busines was a scam until i searched it up and even now im still concerned. The idea seems great and supporting farmers is something i am interested in, but the way the sales reps were acting made me develop a negative image of the business. We felt so pressured and forced to sign up and pay that it made the whole experience so uncomfortable.

Door to door sales tactics.

Failed first delivery. Exactly what I expect for a Milk and More rebrand.
I signed up after a sales man came to the door (very nice guy, unfortunate he has such a poor product to sell). I signed up for a one off and recurring order on the spot. It was only after signing up when the transaction occurred did I see that Watsons Pantry was just Milk and More (an appalling company that I had already refused to use again but they just create new company names but too lazy to change their bank details). I should have canceled on the spot but the salesman is not to blame so I left the order. Low and behold the first order, they don't bother to deliver so I have cancelled all future orders. I have requested a refund for the failed delivery, who knows if that will occur. I am officially done with this milk delivery business if it's just Milk and More spreading their incompetence all over England under new business names.
**Update** they have sent me an email claiming that they delivered and showed a picture of a door. It's not my door but they delivered something to someone somwhere so their job done I guess.

Ordered for the first time and will be the last. Asked for the fresh milk and they delivered regular milk as a replacement. Pointless waste of money

I really wanted to write a positive review but unfortunately out of 4 orders only one was ever delivered (the one that was delivered was our first order)
Each week receiving an email to say the order has been refunded
Such a shame as it would have been more convenient

They cannot follow instructions
After a representative came to my door, I signed up. I ordered two types of milk and eggs. I told them via the website to place items in a box on top of the blue bin. The reason for this is there are many foxes in the area. They only delivered eggs, no milk and placed them right outside the front door. Terrible first time experience. Will not be using them again.

Great potential, but recent service has been poor
I really want to love Watsons Pantry because our first year with them was excellent. Sadly, something has gone wrong in the last 3 months. The overall performance has declined significantly. We are facing delivery inconsistencies nearly every week, and several items have arrived in damaged packs.
It feels like they are struggling with quality control or courier issues recently. I really hope management addresses this, as we’d love to get back to the reliable service we used to have.

Avoid this company
Tried this company for milk delivery. Mondays delivery had everything except the milk. Wednesday delivery (today) yes you guessed it no milk or eggs today Avoid using this company. They have lost another customer now won’t be using them again

No milk delivered twice in a row, not even a substitute left, said would look into it, but never got back to me. Asked them to close my account, absolutely no response after two weeks. Never using them again
