Quality work! I will always do business with Walker Slater. When I inquired about when a specific item would be available in my size, they happily made it available from their store for me to order. Within a week I had my order! I'll be Edinburgh this summer, and I will definitely be going by their store.

I ordered it 8 days ago and hadn’t heard any updates, so I contacted them for status. The tailor was on leave, so it was taking a bit longer than usual to get the order out the door. The company quickly and satisfactorily responded to my query. My previous two orders went fast and smooth so this order is odd that it is taking longer.

I ordered the Walker Slater willow skirt sight unseen but was guided so well through the process, I would shop on this site again, no question.

It is such a beautiful skirt, with a complex pattern crafted with high quality Harris Tweed - very suitable as Toronto winter work wear. I wasn't sure about sizing but Anna was super helpful in advising me about how each possible size may fit.

Shipping to Canada was fast and even though there was a glitch that was clearly the fault of the shipping company, Anna was quick to respond and help me get my skirt quickly. I really appreciated her prompt, kind and friendly responses and having worn the skirt a couple of times, there is no question I will be back to buy more from the company.

Superior quality, fast service. It seems to me the sizing is garment not body so you may want to adjust one size up if you don’t want a tight fit. My new suit fits perfectly.

I ordered 2 tweed suits and they arrived fast with no issues. I am very impressed with the quality and the fit was perfect! I will be ordering more since they have a huge selection to choose from. Highly recommend!

Very fast shipping to Denmark. Lovely design, excellent fabric and exquisite fitting for a shapely womanly body. The service on the telephone and per email is absolutely the best, when unsure about size and fitting. Will buy the collections in the future. My grandfather was a tailor, and only his garnments made for me, stand the same quality, in my experience.

Online service was great, however in-store service was some of the worst I’ve received.

Before purchasing a ladies coat online, I went to the Walker Slater store in Covent Garden to review sizing. Right from my entrance to the shop at around 4:30-5pm, I was frankly ignored by staff and I had to approach them for just a greeting.

The staff were dismissive, disinterested and quite lacking in my opinion. Testing a few coat sizes and colourways were simply too much for them to be bothered with, and this really disappointed me as the brand has such lovely clothes! The staff couldn’t even be bothered to help me (until asked twice) to check whether they had the item in my size online after explaining that I had no connection within the store.

I myself work in British heritage retail once a week, and simply wouldn’t get away with disrespectful customer service like this.
