This is the second order I have placed and I so happy with the exceptional quality of the products.

Beautiful quality and great fit. Couldn't be happier - and I actually came back to buy a second blazer. Shipping was prompt and good, too.

[UPDATE]: I have increased my review rating as since posting this review, I was contacted by Anna the next working day and I was given an update on my query. I appreciate finally being kept in the loop and not having to chase to see where things stand. Anna has made the effort to rectify my dissatisfaction and was proactive in calling and e-mailing me.

I've been informed my next update will be in January, so I hope this is a good sign of better communication moving forward.

For now, I can say it does feel like things are now progressing in the right direction.

Last year I purchased their Cruden Leather Chelsea Boots. I like them a lot so have been wanting to purchase a second pair, however, the website doesn't have my size instock.

I first called them last year to enquire about when more stock would come back in, where I spoke to their Buyer in the head office. The Buyer said they wouldn't be ordering more in any time soon and that I should call next year - specifically in September 2025.

As instructed, I called back this September and Spoke to Hannah and Anna. This is where all the problems started.
- They said they don't have any record of the shoes ever being stocked in my size.
- I provided them my order number for the pair I already own that evidences they did stock the size I'm after.
- Customer servive said they'd look into this and give me a call back.
- Neither Hannah or Anna ever called me back. I keep on having to chase for an update weeks after they said they'd call me back themselves and when I do speak to them, they don't have an update.

This appalling experience has been going on since September! (essentially 3 months) and still no update!

I was last told by Anna or Hannah on 22nd Oct 2025 (when I called to chase after not getting a call back), that they would put a reminder in their calendar to call me back on the Friday (24/10/25) - guess what? .... they never called me back! I'm fed up of being told I'll be contacted by [x] date and they never do!

I have never experienced such an appalling service. Disgraceful customer service experience.

I simply want to know when they will order the Cruden Chelsea boots in side 5.5 or 6 (which they told me they could do), yet they keep on failing to provide this simple update, despite promising to call me back on several occasions, but never do. Disgraceful experience which I find very insulting and disrespectful. It takes 3 months (and counting) to get a promised update? Seriously?!

My husband is overjoyed with his new vest, he wore it on his birthday. We weren’t sure about sizing but the 44 fit perfectly! We will be purchasing future items from Walker Slater.

Walker Slater is a brand with rare character, an eye for honest tradition and a skilled hand. Every item is beautifully and honestly crafted by real craftsmen. To be able to enjoy a brand such as this one is like a breath of fresh air in this time of overconsumption. I thank Walker Slater for valuing quality, beauty and history over marketing, consumerism and numbers.

Lovely clothes!

I have already ordered multiple times from Germany and delivery was always very quick through express shipping. Customer Service is very good with emails being answered within a few hours and replies actually being helpful. Returns are easy (but you have to pay for them if it is not due to a defect).
The quality of the materials and the tailoring is excellent, easily beating off the rack options of higher price in physical stores in my area.
If I would have to find a flaw with Walker and Slater it would be that their best designs sell out pretty quickly.
I have not tried the knitwear yet, but I certainly look forward to it.
Regardless if you are looking for a formal suit or a more casual blazer, Walker and Slater is definitely worth your time.
