SCAM COMPANY WITH CHINESE RUBBISH QUALITY.

Horrendous fake goods.
Do not buy from this scam company, based in China (not London!).
Tried to return goods as not prepared to accept partial refund (25%) for fake goods. Parcel sat at customs for months, since February 2026, and was then finally returned to me by Parcelforce after opening a missing parcel case.Return date: 31st July.
Staff do not care a jot.
I have no choice now but to accept 25% refund, which will cover most of my Parcelforce costs of over £20.
The nasty company wins and I lose out on original payment of £80.00.
Do not put yourself through the upset!

The company is a scam. They clothes they send you is nowhere near the posted pictures, the quality is the lowest you can imagine. Made of the cheapest polyester possible. Returns are not possible. They state on the website that they accept returns, but, in reality, they never respond to your e-mail request to return. The item I got wasn't even cheap, and it goes to the dumpster. People, please avoid this company.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered the gold heels but received silver instead. The quality is extremely poor and looks nothing like the photos shown on the website. I've requested a return, but there are no clear return instructions or support. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I wish I had checked Truspilot before purchasing two items of footwear from this company.

I found a pair of boots and sandals that I liked while browsing the web for such items.

Looking at the website it seemed the company was based in London - UK address, name suggest London based.

I received a confirmation email and tracker information shortly after placing order.

I was surprised to see from this email shipping was from China and the company appeared to be based in China.

After 2 weeks and the tracking information showing order had not been dispatched from China I ended up sending a threatening email as I wanted to wear sandals straightaway and thought I would get them (and the boots) as advertised, in 2-5 days.

My order took about a month to get to me.

I kept getting 'order being processed' 'order on way' responses to my emails chasing up order.

I suspect the company makes items to order although this is not advertised on their website; hence delay in dispatching order.

I had to chase it up several times.

I received order on Friday (10/07/26)

I was so disappointed, as mentioned in other reviews, that items are of inferior quality to that advertised, pictured on the company’s website and are definitely NOT leather as advertised.

I thought about returning for refund but having read the Reviews on this and other consumer websites decided it wasn’t worth it.

Thank goodness for websites like Truspilot.

As stated at top of this review I wished, and will do in future, I had checked out company before placing order.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dire! Very poor quality product, from China. The “CEO” is a Latvian who doesn’t even reside in the UK. The contact telephone number only connects to a voice that tells you it is no longer in use. They don’t bother to answer their emails. Promises of wonderful customer service, infact all of the claims they make are lies!
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!
If you have received any goods from them already you can forget any thoughts of getting your money back.

Avoid at all costs, needed to return some shoes, no emails answered phones unanswered DO NOT USE!!!!

I have ordered a pair of shoes from this company. It doesn’t match the picture on the website, it is poor quality and took over two weeks to deliver. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered weeks ago, still not despatched, contacted bank to try help and can’t do anything. Over £100 down, absolute con, wish I read reviews!

UPDATE: item came, ordered 2x size 3XL mens coat, doesn't even fit a UK size 10 woman. Terrible sizing.

Please don’t waste your time. I unfortunately didn’t reed the reviews prior to ordering a dress. Lesson learnt !!!

Ordered a shirt November 2025 which arrived promptly but not with the pattern advertised. Contact Telephone numbers and addresses not used. Email uses chatbot which disagreed with my photo graphic evidence. Had to pay £24 to return tracked and signed to China to the address í was gíven. Received the package back today 7 months later?

Sent the wrong size boots after a 2 week wait have tried to get them replaced no chance you have to jump through hoops rubbish

Crap qualify boots that were touted as "AUTHAPEDIC" and expensive 2! They fell apart after 10 uses! 😱🤬 I am totally LIVID!!!

I ordered two pairs of men’s cowboys boots. One pair a size 10 and one pair a size 14. It took weeks and weeks for the order to arrive. No communication with the company when I tried. The one number has now been deactivated on the website too. When the boots eventually arrived they sent a size 9 and a size 11?! So neither pairs were any good and cannot get hold of anyone regarding a refund. Terrible terrible company. Never use.

If I could put no stars I would!I ordered a coat that was very delayed and wasn't delivered in the time frame. The company apologised for this and admitted their wrong doing. I had to purchase a coat from another company and therefore required to send the vivano one back. I have had to pay nearly £30 to send back and have been told I won't get the return fee back!!this company are awful and are very unreliable

Branding implies a London-based retailer. Only after purchase did I discover that returns must be sent to China at the customer’s expense — this was not clearly disclosed at checkout.

When I requested a return for size, I was met with delays, requests for photos, and then offered a partial refund to avoid returning the item.

Had the true return location been made clear upfront, I would not have purchased. Not transparent. Would not recommend.

Should have looked here before purchasing. Bought boots, website says UK experience but sells us sizes. So when the wrong size turns up. Plus the colour is awful, you can't return it! At the moment I'm in a battle as spent a lot of money!! I don't know what to do at this point. They are fraudulent and going against my consumer rights of return!

They operate as a UK based seller, but are trading from China. I ordered a pair of UK size 5 boots. The boots I received were not the material described, neither were they the correct size. When I asked for details to return them, I was asked for photographs of the item, and then informed that I could take 15% refund and keep the items or return to an address in China at my own cost. They accused me of making the mistake, stating that 'size 5 is an EU 36' on checking the website it appears they have now altered the size chart, as it is completely different from the chart I screenshot at the time of purchase. On top of this I received strange emails reassuring me my product was on the way, with no way of properly tracking. Steer clear.

This is a horrible company that doesn’t deserve want any returns and if you persist they have all sorts of questions and delays getting back to you and returns have to go to china at customers expense. So this is a negative 0 review. I have never had this kind of problem with returns for any company! If you are in the US please don’t order from them! Also the return fee to China is a fortune!

Do not use this company. Took ages to arrive, absolutely awful quality certainly not cashmere wrong size with no labels no doubt come from China so can’t send back! Do not use this company!
