This service is absolutely foul. I ordered a trial pack for £4 sound good. so I wait and wait and wait. Nothing then to my astonishment £19.00 is withdrawn from my bank account in spite of my requesting cancellation from customer care.

Customer care is awful and their attitudes are foul they just ignore my response messages and just came back with the same answer. I said I did not want the box they just said you should have canceled. however I did cancel way before.

So at this point no boxes and £23 down. I received my tracking notice from Royal Mail okay so this is for the £19 box, I ask if I return to sender then can I get a full refund I get a response and I have to pay my own way to Spain for £7 I might as well keep the box. However on the box when it finally arrived has a UK return address Ludicrous!

You think this is where it ends. but No! the items in the box all added up to £6.45 NO WHERE NEAR £19!!!!!!!

So all in all NEVER EVER EVER Go to VIVA CATS OR VIVA DOGS!!!!!

Horrendous experience with this company, seriously advise people to AVOID buying anything from them.
Received my sample box on the 30th June and was seriously disappointed by it's contents, they were of cheap quality and unsuitable for my 4 month old kitten. I could have bought better quality from the Supermarket for under a pound.
On July 1st they charged me £19.90 for a 2nd box, without my permission! They told me when I contacted them I had subscribed to a monthly box, I had NOT!! Furthermore how can you subscribe to a service when your trial box arrives 1 day prior to the charge being taken for £19.90, what a scam!!?? I emailed them and told them I didn't want the 2nd box they had fraudulently charged me for and wanted a full refund. They messaged me back telling me I signed up for a subscription service and I should have cancelled before the 26th June if I didn't want July's box (I'm not sure how you can cancel something you didn't sign up for!!) I ordered a trial box NOT a subscription!! They refused me a refund but told me they'd cancelled my Subscription for after the July box. As such I've contacted my bank who are doing a chargeback and putting a block on any other transactions from this company.

Definitely AVOID at all costs!!!!!

**Update as of 21st July the 2nd box I was charged for has never materialised so it was clearly a scam!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Trying to cancel subscription and they don't give you accurate information to do this. The box contents were awful, specifically asked for boxes for kittens and got contents for a fully grown cat which is of no use to me and my 14 week old kitten. It definitely said I could cancel at any time but they are now saying I signed up for 6 month membership. Awaiting email confirmation of exactly what is required to cancel, will take advice and contact my bank though to stop all payments. Shocking company, avoid.

I was so scared this was a scam after reading all these reviews. I am so happy with vivacats, I have received 3 boxes with them now and chubby (my cat) absolutely loves it. He’s so spoilt! Thank you vivacats

I signed up to vivacats for a trial box and they completed exceeded my expectations! So I have continued using them. The box came packed full of things for my cat, even cat ice cream for the summer! She absolutely loves the toys and treats and they even provided a hair remover for us owners. Thanks vivacats!

As below- you sign up for a trail box no confirmation email and before you know it they’ve taken £20 out your account for another box before you have even received your first box. Boxes are filled with cheap products you wouldn’t even find in the pound shop. Impossible to cancel so you have to go through your bank.

Je suis ravi des boîtes vivacats que je reçois . Elles sont diversifiées avec plusieurs jouets , nourritures, et plein d’autres surprises . Mon petit chat est heureux

Es tut mir leid das schreiben zu müssen, aber investiert Eure 22€ bitte besser als in eine Vivacats Box. Das ist schon die zweite Enttäuschung hintereinander. Uns haben eine Packung Nassfutter, Leckerlis, ein Eis, ein Spielzeug und Schutzfolie für Möbel erwartet, welche wir absolut nicht gebrauchen können. Zusammen hat alles vielleicht einen Wert von 5€. Zudem sind fast alle Produkte auf Spanisch, wodurch man nicht einmal genau weiß, was man seiner Katze eigentlich füttert. Das ist nichts für mich besorgte Katzenmama. Besorgt Euch lieber für 9,99€ die Schatzkiste von Zooroyal oder eine andere Abo Box.

Mon chat adore, je recommande vivement

Leider sind die Produkte echt mangelhaft und nicht mal einen Stern wert. Ich habe mich bei meinen 3 Katzen für eine halbjährliche Bestellung entschieden und mich anfangs auch echt auf die Überraschung gefreut. Als ich dann den Karton geöffnet habe machte sich Ernüchterung breit.
Die Zusammenseztung der Prodkute ist meist auf Spanisch, und wenn eine deutsche dabei war, hat sich schnell heraus gelesen dass das Zeug nicht die erwartete Qualität hat, die ich meinen Katzen füttere. Zucker, Getreide, wenig Fleischanteil (4%) geht gar nicht. 19 Euro war diese Box nicht Wert, zumindest die Produkte nicht. Habe das Abo sofort gekündigt, was natürlich auch nochmal extra Kosten waren ;) und nur das EINE Spielzeug ist verwendet worden.

Es la 2 ves que recibo, la caja de vivacats, y como siempre la mas emocionada, es lulú 🐱.

Después de jugar con los juguetes, hace la siesta en la caja, es super linda.

He recibido la primera cajita y todo sin problemas, a mi gata le ha encantado todo, sobre todo las chuches que cada vez que ve el paquete se vuelve loca, al igual que con la fresa de juguete. Lo mejor de todo es que la caja la ha hecho otro juguete más, salta por encima, se mete dentro... Además la calidad de los productos es buena ya que las latitas eran de farmina, la cual es una marca bástate buena ya que la conocía de antes. No puedo tener queja alguna.

¡Mucho ojo! Aunque estés comprando una caja mensual promocional en realidad estás haciendo una suscripción mensual. Por 20€ recibirás el equivalente a 5€ de productos. A mi me incluyeron una muestra de pienso cuya venta estaba prohibida), y el resto chuches para gatos, se me va poner como una bola. No merece la pena.

Por no poner 0, es estafa hacen una promoción, te la envían y luego te cobran al siguiente mes sin consentimiento 20 euros! Sin estar suscrita, llevo diciendo que quiero desuscribirme y me ignoran y cobran igual. Además la caja no vale ni de coña eso, dos juguetes que uno venía descosido y patés.20 euros en serio? Absolute scam. This company will take your money and run! I ordered a trial box for February. It didn’t arrive and they blamed Royal Mail. I told them to cancel it on the 5th March. 6th March they agreed. Next thing I get a box from them at full price. Same story as everyone else. They won’t cancel it. I’ve had 3 boxes been charged for 5. They now want a cancellation fee to cancel my subscription! But I do not trust them to stop taking money from my account. You can’t delete your account because it’s impossible to get back onto. I signed up for a monthly account got not email confirmation and now they say it’s a yearly account! The customer services is appalling. The whole company are rotten. Cheap rubbish that costs about £5 at best. Nothing like the photos. And you’ll be paying forever as far as I can tell!

Hace casi un año que estoy esperando que me devuelvan el importe de una caja que me cobraron y nunca recibí (pese a que el error fue suyo ya que la enviaron a la dirección incorrecta aún habiendo avisado con tiempo de sobra la dirección correcta y habiéndome confirmado que la enviarían a la que yo les dije).
Ignoraron durante meses mis correos solicitando la devolución o el envío de la caja, de echo aún estoy esperando contestación.
Ahora me llega un mensaje de trustpilot comunicándome que vivacats ha denunciado mi reseña alegando que no he sido cliente suyo. Qué casualidad que de repente hayan desaparecido todas las opiniones negativas de la página...
