I'm editing my review as after a month of emails back and forth I've had a resolution.

Like many before me, I signed up for the trial box, and they then took payment for the next box before the first was even sent! When asking them to cancel they throw T&Cs at me.

Eventually, they admitted my 'trial box' was never sent and refunded me for this. After further arguing they agreed to refund the difference for the second box so I only paid the trial price...a horrible experience to get to a fair resolution.

Be clear here, if you sign up for the trial you are actually signing up to pay for the second box by default. They will then argue the T&Cs are clear. You can't receive the trial box without paying for the second one, they always take payment for the next month around the time they ship the current one. The only way around this is to request to cancel as soon as you sign up, what honest customer would ever do that?!

Llevo dos meses pagados y no ha llegado mi pedido, jamás contestan los emails. DE TODO MENOS PROFESIONALES. A mi no me van a hacer lo que les llevan haciendo a los de abajo porque ya mismo voy al banco a que no reciban ningún pago de estos indeseables y les voy a poner una denuncia que van a flipar. Claramente estafadores, jamás compréis nada de esta gentuza.

Te venden unas suscripciones en las que supuestamente después de que pasa el tiempo (12 meses en mi caso) puedes darte de baja. Llevo meses intentando darme de baja, mandando emails como una loca y nunca recibo respuesta asi que sigo pagando una cosa que ni quiero ni debería estar pagando y cuando te metes en la página para cancelar siempre te sale como un error de internet y ya lo he intento de todas las maneras y siempre me sale la misma cosa. A parte de todo eso constantemente los productos que te mandan se repiten, te mandan productos de perros cuando la caja es de gatos y me faltan como 4 cajas que obviamente me han cobrado. Yo ya no se que hacer, daré de baja la tarjeta y si me siguen intentado cobrar denunciaré .

Pésimo servicio. Las cajas son muy caras y no traen prácticamente nada.

No contentos con eso llevo dos meses pagando sin recibir nada en absoluto. No responden los correos ni mensajes directos de Instagram.

Te venden una oferta que enmascara una suscripción para que estés pagando mínimo un año por algo que comprándolo por tu cuenta y por separado es mucho más barato y de mayor calidad.

Te dejan elegir la edad del gato, en mi caso cachorro de dos meses, pero te envian lo que les sobra o les da la gana, en mi caso comida de gato ADULTO esterilizado.. Y para cancelar la suscripción necesoitan 4 mails de confirmacion, te ofrencen descuento, les contesto qno gracias quiero cancelar, y asi en bucle hasta 4 mails ofreciendo.. Que no quiero nada!

Compre una caja para mis dos gatitos con mucha ilusión pero solo para probar (opción regalo). Me llega la factura y confirmación que me van a volver a cobrar el mes que viene. Sigo instrucciones para anular la suscripción y ahi estamos! No me contestan los mails ni mis mensajes en las redes. Voy a anular la tarjeta, no me queda de otra y les voy a denunciar. Por favor no se dejen llevar.

Es una estafa. Te cobran pero nunca mas te contestan ni recibes el paquete.

Me han cobrado dos cajas y no he recibido ninguna, Nadie me contesta los correos, no tienen teléfono. No sé cómo reclamar.

Es una estafa.
Te cobran 120 euros por darte de baja y aún así te reactivan la suscripción al mes siguiente. Me han llegado a aparecer hasta 2 suscripciones activas después de haberme dado de baja. Además si cancelas la tarjeta para que no te cobren más te mandan a una empresa de recobros.

This company is awful. I believe it is a scam.
They keep taking your money and get you into further subscriptions. The customer services don’t give a s***.
I have had to instruct my bank to block them from taking any more money.
Please don’t trust these people.

Llevo desde hace 4 años que me dado de baja.
El caso es que me envían correos nuevamente para pagar una nueva suscripción la cual no me Apuntado ni mucho menos, menos mal que di de baja en si día la tarjeta que usaba, les envío correos, no tengo respuesta, mensajes en las redes sociales y más de lo mismo eso si me Dejan en visto.
Me borre porque me enviaron varios meses las mismas cajas con los mismos productos, los alimentos caducados, rotos vamos un desastre, para mi sinceramente era una estafa

Einfach nur schlecht! Ich versuche seit Monaten zu kündigen, da mein Kater verstorben ist, aber es werden sämtliche Nachrichten per Mail oder Messenger einfach eifrig ignoriert! Das Geld wird weiterhin abgebucht und die Boxen nach wie vor an mich verschickt! Ich muss jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten und bin froh, dass ich eine Rechtsschutzversicherung habe!

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my subscription MONTHS ago - maybe even a year ago. All of a sudden they've started trying to charge my card again, for a subscription I have cancelled MULTIPLE times now, and their ONLY response to me has been that I did not reply to ONE of their emails confirming I'd like to cancel. This is despite at least half a dozen emails from me now EXPRESSLY STATING I NO LONGER WISH TO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION. FOR MONTHS.

Only 1 star as can't give 0! I ordered from them almost 2 years ago, got a few boxes, which in themselves were good, however my cat was uninterested. I I tried to cancel and have nothing but problems. I even had to close my bank account! Fast forward to over a year later I have started getting emails that they are trying to charge a closed account, yes they were informed the account is closed! Honestly if you are looking for something for your cats look else where, customer services is awful they have a script and will not move from it, responds don't match with your complaints or questions.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was trying to cancel for months! I paid an extra 11 months after my cat died and they still wouldn’t cancel it. I blocked it on my bank card and now 5 months after my last box and payment they are trying to take money again. Disgusting customer service. Disgusting con company.

The first few boxes I had I absolutely loved. Then I started getting some duplicate items which I found annoying but there were new items which my boy loved. Then I received a completely duplicate box. However this came to a swift stop when my card details got changed and NO ONE got in contact with me about hem not being able to take payment. 3 months go by and finally it gets sorted through me contacting them.... or so I thought. I am promised an extra toy in my box for my boy and I eagerly awaited for my next box to arrive. They have now taken 2 more payments and not a single box had arrived. I have contacted Then several times and no one responds. I will cancel my direct debit and charge back my account for items not received and when someone can sort this mess out I might just finish my subscription.

La verdad que esta muy bien porque conoces bastantes marcas, mis pequeños se lo pasan genial con los juguetes, yo lo único que cambiaría sería no poner tanto pienso y más comida húmeda.
