I signed up via an Instagram offer and, stupidly, didn't see that it was for a 12 month contract. I've lost my job thanks to Covid and I'm now stuck receiving a box of stuff my cat doesn't like (never heard of any of the brands) and paying for it. It's entirely my fault for not reading the small print but I've never come across a subscription box like this and now I'm stuck paying for a service I don't even want :( Learnt my lesson for next time. Steer clear if money is tight.

Quería probar a ver qué tal era el servicio con la dichosa promoción de 5€. Promoción de, en teoría, un mes y ya quedas suscrito sin tu saberlo. Te siguen cobrando suscripciones sin tu consentimiento y cuando quieres darte de baja o reclamarlo nadie contesta.
A parte la caja llegó abierta y rota.
Muy muy descontenta. Un pésimo servicio al cliente

Esperienza pessima. La scatola non vale assolutamente il prezzo inoltre quando l ho acquistata si poteva già conoscere il contenuto ma mi è arrivata con cose in meno. Scrivete che il gatto è felice in alcuni commenti, è ovvio che è felice se gli si dà un giochino ma avrei risparmiato andando a comprare tutto in negozio. Inoltre il servizio clienti è pessimo,prima e durante l'acquisto mi hanno sempre risposto subito e con gentilezza, successivamente sono spariti e nonostante numerose email e messaggi sulla pagina Instagram non ho avuto risposta.

I signed up for the trial box (which was discounted) my cat is picky but thought if she liked the products I would continue getting the subscription. They took money twice in 1 week - once for the discounted first box then a subscription payment - I had yet to receive 1 box! They refused to cancel initially. I pointed out that contracts and distance selling I had 14 days to cancel. They accepted this (I have emails to prove this) they then said I would have to pay the additional cost for the trial box. They keep taking monthly subscriptions. Trading standards agreed they were acting in an underhand way and my bank refunded me the subscription cost - I said I would pay for the discounted first box as I wasn’t as dishonest as they were. Vivacats continues to take money and my bank keeps refunding, I have now got a new bank card or they would keep on stealing my money. Avoid,

Ho ordinato il mio box per la mia micetta Penelope che l'ha apprezzato tantissimo. Ormai non si separa dai suoi nuovi giochini a forma di anguria e kiwi, e ha ADORATO lo smoothie.
Consegna regolare e nei tempi giusti.
Lo consiglio e lo riprenderò.

Ho ordinato la box appena ho visto la pubblicità online. La mia gatta l'ha letteralemnte adorata, non voleva più uscire dalla scatola!!! Sicuramente la riacquisterò, Pagamenti trasparenti e consegna regolare.

Encontré la experiencia vivacats por casualidad y la verdad que resultó bastante gratificante, ya no solo por lo contenta que se pone la gatita si no porque hemos descubiertos productos impensables, es decir, que hasta hemos cambiado de pienso gracias a la muestra que estaba en la cajita de Junio.

Keep taking payments, website won't allow me to cancel. My 3 cats will not eat the dog biscuits which have been included more than once. No response to email about toy which was badly made.

I wish I had read the reviews first. What a scam. Got the trial box for £6 and it was ok because the things inside were probably £1 each and there were 5 I think. No bargain, and certainly not worth £20. I did not agree to a subscription at all, there was an option when I got the box to join to a 6 or 12 months subscription WHICH I DID NOT. They have now taken payment, not a reminder, nothing, they took payment for something I did not agree to. Went into the website as if I subscribed to something surely there is an option to cancel subscription. Guess what, there isn't, is not even in their FAQs!!! I have emailed them, let's see how long till they answer. They are clearly not answering comments here or on Facebook which does not give me any confidence...

My 3 cats loved the box, had to hide it away from them. there was something for them all in there which I loved as they are all so different!

La segunda cajita que recibo y Venus está súper feliz, le gusta muchísimo, sobretodo la caja y jugar con Tucán.

Es el mejor invento que conozco para nuestros peques!! Desdentao se vuelve loco cada vez que llega su cajita, buscando especialmente su juguete porque se vuelve loco. Cuando ya ha culismeado toda la caja.. engancha con la uña lo primero que pilla para esconderlo y comérselo!!!! Jajajaja pero tanto él como nosotros estamos encantados, muchas gracias por hacer tan felices a nuestros chiquitines ! :)

El otro día recibí la primera cajita para Sunny!😻😻 Era la del mes de junio y venía con un tucán que le encanta..se lo lleva a todas partes!! Por lo demás, el pienso, las latitas, la hierba y el smoothie tiene todo muy buena pinta! Ya tenemos ganas del siguiente mes 🥰

Son cajitas muy chulas y a mis gatos les hace tremenda ilusión cuando les llega!!!

La verdad es que son productos de calidad y trae cositas interesantes, lo que no me gusta es que ya reclamé que mi gato es senior y me siguen mandando cosas para gato adulto.
Me relolvieron un mes sin problema e incluso me han devuelto dinero, pero hoy que me ha llegado otra...de nuevo trae algo para adultos.
Mi consuelo es que tiene fecha de caducidad y lo guardare.

Preis Leistung ist zwar eher mangelhaft aber meine Katzen finden das Spielzeug und die lecker hen immer toll.
Es liegt auch meinst ein Heft dabei welche Inhaltsstoffe sich in den Produkten befinden dort steht auch alles auf deutsch.
Auch wenn die Produkte dem Preis selten gerecht werden behalten wir unser Abo denn für die Überraschung alle Male gut 😅

The box is worth £5 I got 1 toy and 4 treats for my cat. Cancelled as soon as it arrived, unfortunately the next one had already been charged to my account, no refund options. Terrible company avoid at all costs.
