False information about process or returns. Cannot get my refund for item returned via FedEx. Get different stories and changed their story about how and when they make returns and exchanges. Customer service is very poor. Too bad, because the product is good. They take advantage of the situation that you have to shop on line because of covid. Still waiting on my money.... had planned to order more. Not now!

I took some time for my feet to adjust to such a hard, ungiving sole but my plantar faciitus does feel better. However, after 9 months the sandals look worn and faded to the point where they are embarrassing to wear in public. When I contacted the company they said due to the "extensive" amount of time I've had them, nothing could be done. I asked for a supervisory review and received no answer. Obviously you don't wear the same shoe every day so I don't think 9 months is an extensive period of time for $99.00 sandals to last.

I’ve been having issues with plantar fasciitis and Vionic shoes are the ones that work best for me. I bought 2 pair one of the pairs didn’t fit. So I returned them with absolutely no problem. A few days ago I ordered 2 more pairs of the slip ons cant wait to get them. Thanks Vionic’s

I ordered flip flops and two pairs of sneakers. The flip flops are awesome, the sneakers are so-so. I don’t feel that they are worth the $60+ that they cost. I also ordered several models of insoles, which feel great. I wonder if they are as good as Super Feet. They’re certainly not as ridgid as Super Feet insoles.

I love their thong sandals. They are wide and very cute, and they straighten out my gait and foot position nicely.

I have flat feet, and I mean FLAT. Over the years I’ve bought high street shoes and slippers and made do! I had a hip replacement in January and my walking is worse than ever. So I searched for shoes that supported a non existent arch, I found Vionic shoes, I immediately ordered a pair of slippers. They arrived quickly despite Covid causing havoc. As soon as I put them on, my feet didn’t flop inwards! This was the first time I can honestly say I can feel the arch support! They may only be slippers but it’s time I looked after the things that take me everywhere, my feet feel supported and very comfortable! This is the start of me buying Vionic shoes!

I recently tried to place on order online, which was not successful I emailed Vionic and within a very short time Juliet telephoned me
She was very friendly and helpful , and my order was placed quickly and efficiently

Difficult return process. They make it seem like you have a no strings attached 30 days guarantee, but the refund process is difficult and they will charge you restocking fees. Great shoes but disappointed in the service.
