Manage client expectations

Manage client expectations. I started my Viome experience on February 11th, and have had to call multiple times to see if/when my orders would be fulfilled. However, Viome has no problem charging my credit card promptly, one month ahead of any test response (which I understand) and supplements (which is an incredible delay). I had no idea that this would be more than two months befor I could start my new health regime. And all the emails I receive daily are useless until I start the supplement protocol. Save your surveys until clients have time to see results from your products

Easy ordering and fast delivery

Discovered Viome while scrolling through Instagram. Decided to check the company out and read about them and lots of reviews. After some research i purchased the gut intelligence test. All the info i needed about the test was on the website, ordering was easy, test delivered fast. The instructions in the test were clear and easy. I mailed back the sample the day i took it now i wait for my results.

Supplements on hiatus

I sent in my samples in February and I’ve yet to receive ANY supplements. And it’s time for my 3rd automatic purchase. I better receive every supplement I’ve already bought because I’m tempted to cancel today.

I ordered my supplements a month ago and I still don't have them. If I don't get them next week then I'll cancel and contest the order against my credit card.. Sorry but this is a redious amount of time to wait.

No proactive communication

It was exactly one month from order to ship date. No communication from Viome on the issue or resolution. You only got 2 stars because customer service was outstanding once I reached someone on the phone. This is my first order, not impressed.

3 weeks just to ship

It takes about 3 weeks just for my supplements to ship and I can’t change any order requests in the meantime. This is my 2nd order and my body needed to adjust so I had to see what I wanted to move forward with and now need to wait between orders

It took a month to ship my supplements

It took a month to ship my supplements. I already cancel my subscription and obviously this first order is just a waist of money. I asked more than 1 time to cancel my order because of the absurd delay, but nothing! Terrible experience….really disappointed!

Really dislike the way results are…

Really dislike the way results are presented. Want a simple list of what’s tested and clear high, low or normal result. I want to know what organisms should/should not be present etc. Result format over complicated. Can’t fault the company or product - it’s just not as user friendly as it could be.
