Loved doing this testing

Loved doing this testing, very interesting information to receive, the products they sell are very high quality as well, but very expensive. I am trying to keep a protocol based on the suggestions but at a lower price point. I wish the retest wasn't an additional full fee but a discounted retest.

I placed my first 'personalized' order…

I placed my first 'personalized' order and then realized that I shouldn't have as I wasn't home. The confirmation said 1-2 weeks to manufacture and another week for shipping. Regardless as I wasn't sure if it needed to be refrigerated I sent a message in the app requesting the order be held for 2 weeks-no response. However, I did, within 36 hours of placing the order receive a notice that my 'personalized' formulas-never made before-only for me etc had already shipped. Customer service said it was too late to now hold the shipment and that my enquiry was still in the 'queue'. Its was immediately clear to me that there is nothing personalized here, something was grabbed of a shelf and stuffed in a box. I was able to cancel my subscription but they still took my $100 with an apology for my frustration. My only frustration is with myself for being a sucker and buying into their nonsense in the first place

Be very careful with this company

Be very careful with this company. This product is nothing more than a supplement sale and a grab of your genetic information. If you really cared about privacy, you would give people a way to delete their personal health data from your system. You would also inform potential clients about the irrevocable ownership of their health data prior to making a purchase so they can make an informed decision. Had I known this information at the time of purchase I would not have completed the transaction.
