I didn’t have a good experience when I…
I didn’t have a good experience when I attended your shop to by some beauty products. I was standing next to the product counter looking for help but nobody made any move for quite a while. One sales lady was busy with another customer, another sales person was just standing around. Finally, the sales lady that was busy asked her colleague to help. Then after a few minutes the colleague had suddenly another customer to deal with. Another lady was supposed to help me who just disappeared before my purchase had been finished. I saw her standing downstairs. She finally was so kind to look for my products so that I could pay. She didn’t check if I am a registered customer and handed over the bag without even looking at me. This is not what I would expect from such an exclusive store

Fabulous in store experience and the…
I am a huge fan of brand VB. The fabulous classic garments made of stunning fabrics is a firm favourite amongst the luxury brands and the best part is that I find the pricing really fair.
We were wow’ed by the fabulous in store experience and the VB London store (this word does not do it justice) is more than magnificent. We didn’t want to leave the store.
