The presentation of the product - I will always order her product direct now. She clearly cares about the consumer from the website presentation, to the delivery process and the packaging. I had one interaction with customer service - they could not have been more gracious. Please don’t lose site of this - so many luxury companies don’t care this much about their existing and prospective customers. That’s rough when we’re willing to pay more for a luxury product. The quality of her beauty products are also superior. THANK YOU!

Incredible service
This some of the best make up on the market in my humble opinion. The customer service is awesome. Recently bought some jewellery from VB and had an issue with it. It was refunded the minute I requested a return. All companies should offer this. It allows you to shop rather than waiting a long time for your money. If the items you return are then not in satisfactory condition you should be charged for them.

Dress is gorgeous and arrived on time. Only negative is that if you are buying a £1k dress I expect it to be packed luxuriously and have a complimentary dust bag. Came folded up in a box with a bit of tissue paper 🫣

Here’s the thing, I love the VB brand and the staff at the store were friendly. I am disappointed for the product packaging though. I spent a lot of money for sunglasses and it didn’t come in a nice external boxed case. It was just the dirty glasses in a glasses case with worn cloth. I was expecting an elevated retail experience.

Good alround experience except for the delivery
Good alround experience except for the £3 delivery charge on a £290 purchase, seemed unnecessary. Product was as expected and well packaged. Product was dispatched on the Saturday and finally arrived the following Thursday, a bit slow considering many sites can manage next day.

Lovely shopping experience
Nanna held a belt for me in 2 sizes then helped me figure out the right size for my daughter. She called to make sure I was able to find the shop as I was visiting London for the weekend. She also helped me pick out 2 handbags and wrapped my purchases with care. Lovely experience in a lovely shop.
