Deeply disappointed by my in-store…
Deeply disappointed by my in-store experience and lack of transparency regarding returns. Emailed to share with the VBB customer service team, which initially appeared promising, ended up being a colossal waste of time. It’s too bad. Love most of the products but you have to fix these issues.

No Garment Bag for a Wedding Dress
I bought my daughter a wedding dress from the Dover Street store. There were no garment bags and although the staff did their best the dress was folded into a carrier bag. I purchased have several wedding dresses over the years and they are always supplied with a garment bag. I have emailed customer services twice and have not had the courtesy of a reply. I am very disappointed.
I have now received a reply from Paula and hope my daughter will be sent a garment bag for her dress. Unfortunately she had to buy a garment bag in the meantime but I’m sure she would prefer a VB one!

Perfect mother of the groom dress

Every single time I wear them, someone asks me where my jeans are from, which says it all! The cut, fit and overall look are just beautiful. Easily one of my favourite pairs of jeans and a piece I find myself reaching for again and again.

The dress arrived in a small box, so the dress was a little creased up.
A Victoria Beckham dress cover would have been nice sent with the dress, to protect the dress while it’s hanging.
