The dress arrived in a small box, so the dress was a little creased up.
A Victoria Beckham dress cover would have been nice sent with the dress, to protect the dress while it’s hanging.

Dress never showed up and Victoria Beckham kept me waiting for 3 weeks until I requested a refund which I eventually got. Very poor form

The sales staff were unpleasant, showing no willingness to help me choose from the various beauty products, and the store had no stock available.
A very disappointing experience, especially since I had been so excited to visit the Victoria Beckham store, having traveled all the way from France.

Best Store Experience I have ever had
When I walked into the store, I honestly had no idea how wonderful my experience in this store was going to be. I wanted to know how to use my new Foundation Drops. I was offered the opportunity to learn about all of Victoria's products and that was amazing. I left the store with many unexpected products. And when i normally do this i regret it but not this time. I love everything I brought and i have been using them all daily. I have to say Victoria's staff as the most welcoming and generous with their time. I will return everytime i am in London - Thank you so much.

The bag and belt were both damaged
The bag and belt were both damaged, it took 5 days for anyone to get back to me.
You refunded the belt telling me the return cost wouldnt be deducted and I'd get a full refund. I didn't and I had to chase.

I am still awaiting my credit for a…
I am still awaiting my credit for a return. It was received on 9/3 by you. I processed this return immediately upon receiving and trying on. All in all when I finally get my credit it will have been well over a month since purchase. This will deter any future purchases...takes far too long.
