Uploading Files
I tried to upload a couple of attachments and the system seemed to freeze. I started again from the beginning and it worked the second time. I did nothing different the second time.

Not quick
I have to reject optional cookies twice; once when visiting the web site and AGAIN when logging on. Compared to Virgin Pensions, questions (even general ones that require no personal calculations) seem to take a long time to be answered. The fact that I logged on weeks ago (23 Sept) and you are only now (17 Oct) asking me for feedback says a lot.

Online info needs big improvement
Info available for pensions performance is not great. Would be good to have a graphic of performance and breakdown of investments plus performance stats, like those offered by investment platforms.
