Not very responsive
I asked for the forms to cash in my small sum pension over a week ago and the only thing I have received from Utmost is a request to review their service!

Overall satisfaction
Access to my online portal was very useful.
I did have some issues that could not be solved through the portal .
I ended up calling an advisor and was given the help I needed .
Please be aware that any uploaded documents need to be extremely small ( one page at a time ).
This was not explained to me and therefore there was a delay .
Then the advisors couldn’t see all my docs on the portal - even though I had sent them.
Rather frustrating!
Overall a good service and prompt resolution.

The code to check on pension fund always arrives quickly.
