Recently made a change to my pension which required completing numerous forms.
Staff were very helpful and supportive in giving guidance on how to complete them. This made the whole process much easier.

too slow and thus far ineffective
it took 12 days to answer my online message but you asked by email after only 9 days to give this rating. I think its absolutely stupid to ask for a service rating 3 days before you have given any service at all. at this stage all you have done is given the forms to request the service that I asked for in online messages

I still have not received my P60 for 23/24 after several requests . If they cannot get that right / it doesn’t inspire confidence

Utmost are a complete nightmare to deal…
Utmost are a complete nightmare to deal with. Nothing can be done over the phone and the website/app is just as bad and transfering your money to another provider to get away from Utmost is made as difficult as possible. They are not part of the automated pension transfer process system.
