I ordered a phone with a contract. The phone arrived broken and the number was already allocated to someone else. The poor customer services chap tried to help but really struggled with the concept of 'working days'.
What is there to like?

So I ordered and received y iPhone 4S, very happy with the delivery time and process, then I wait the 48 hours advised by dialaphone and still not up and running, I then complain and get made to wait a further 4 days until I'm connected. With a business to run that depends massively on telecommunications throughout the day it was a major set back.

You'll get a good deal but they try everything possible for you to forget the cashback you are due. Look elsewhere first!!!!!!

Have bought phones from dial a phone before and never had a bad experience. The particular phone purchased this time arrived the morning after we ordered it, by courier, in excellent condition. I have a very happy son!

Found dial a phone to have the best price for the phone I wanted (samsung galaxy s3) and could offer more competitive contract rates on Orange than Orange could when I rang to discuss cancelling my contract. The delivery of the phone was really quick and connecting of my contract. Would definitely use dial a phone again.

please stop including gadget helpline/tmti with new orders. it is such a pain to have to contact them to cancel.
by all means offer it separately.

My wife tried to order the Samsung galaxy s3 but got knocked back on the credit check with no explanation. I apply for her and the phone is delivered the next day as promised. Assuming I get the deal as advertised (cash back etc) then it's an amazing phone with a great deal.

You will not be able to speak to customer service,there is only automatic answers giving,no support at all!!!!!!! will not buy again from them!!! i would advice to pay a bit more somewhere else but not from Dialaphone!!!

Easy to book, easy to pay and felt safe.
It said that I had to wait 3 weeks, which was fine with me, I knew I wouldn't be in on the day they suggested so chose a different day. However it came almost 2 weeks early. Luckily someone was in, however I would have appreciated a message to inform me of the early delivery, to have made sure that someone was in.
I have enjoyed the early arrival of my phone and haven't had any problems!
I would recommend them overall!

I got a cheap deal through Dial-a-phone, saving about £10 off any other contracts out there for a top-spec smartphone. Better than this though, was that when I realised that I'd made an error and there was going to be a one-month overlap with my phone contracts, they just gave me enough money to but out my old contract! Thanks dial-a-phone.

There might be a few niggles in the contract that you have to navigate to make it worthwhile - a support helpline you have to cancel and discounts that have to be redeemed at odd times throughout your contract, that kind of thing) - but if you're organised and sort these things out when you're supposed to, they're not problem at all.

I picked Dialaphone because it had by far the lowest 'effective' price per month for the Samsung Galaxy S3.

I had slight problems ordering it because on the Dialaphone site the drop down for the choice of handset wasn't wide enough. I nearly ordered a while set - not good!

The phone was dispatched promptly and arrived when it was supposed to.

The catch is, to get the low 'effective' price one has to send a bill in every few months to get a redemption cheque back. This is clearly designed so that you forget to ask for your money back as the dates are not at regular intervals.

The phone comes with a month's free 'Gadget Helpline' to help you get started. That is great. But the catch is that after the month you are automatically enrolled into a subscription for the helpline unless you explicitly opt out. This is totally unacceptable and warrants the 3*s.

After being sent a faulty phone I was told I had to wait for a prepaid envelope to send it back which would take 5 workin days. I had to phone back up as it wasn't sent, they hasn't done it their end! After sending the faulty phone back I was then disconnected as they had put it through as a return and not exchange. They couldn't cancel this so I now have no phone and have lost the number I've had for 10 years. All they could do was apologise, no compensation nothing! I have now gone with car phone warehouse and will never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible terrible customer service, no one knew what was going on!!!

I have lost count of how many phones I have now ordered for myself or friends. Never had a single problem.

Service was very good and delivery was super fast. Would defo buy from again.

i have recommended dialaphone now to a few friends already and basicly because they are the cheapest i could find on the internet, and they are actualy phones 4 u, but cheaper version set up to cover the gaps in the market i assume, quick service quick delivery and this Samsung s3 on Vodafone is epic! a lot of fun, the large size screen is a must and you get used to it so quickly you'll never look back at smaller screens again even if they are retina display! the camera is fatastic in good light, noisy in dark spaces.

I ordered a Blackberry touch phone from Dial-a-phone, when it arrived BBM didnt work. After calls to Orange I found out the phone was locked to Virgin instead of Orange. Dial-a-phones mistake. Dial-a-phone told me I would have to send the phone back and then they would send out a replacement on the correct network. I am left without a phone through no fault of my own, and after just over a week I am still waiting. Other companies I have used have sent out a replacement, and the old phone is sent back via the delivery courier. Take note Dial-a-phone !!!

Dial-a-phone - wow - what a pleasant surprise. I feared the worst about Dial-a-phone with the bad reviews that are out there but as is often the case the whingers are not always to be taken too seriously. I thought it worth commenting for a change just to say well done and thank you for the courteous (Amanda in sales!!) and efficient service I have received todate. So glad I went with DAP.

Can't believe from going online to receiving the phone and the free gift it took 3 days it was so easy the hardest part was me deciding which phone I chose.

Great deals and speedy service, only issue is more information related to the the actual network providers plan details ie what extras and how to claim could have been included in the hard literature with the phone. but would definitely recommend.
