I have had an extremely frustrating time with dialaphone. 1st of all I upgraded over the phone only to be sent a new phone on a new contract & number instead of an upgrade. Secondly I was lied to by one of your sales team who told me that if my partner or any other family members upgraded or took out contracts I would get £50 cash back for each one. He said that if we called him direct on his extension we would get the £50 cash back but unfortunately everytime we tried to ring & get put through to him we were told that this was not possible & the cash back was £20, which is fair enough, but I cannot understand why I was lied to. Secondly I took out a monthly simm only contract for my son. After all the discraceful service I received I decided to cancel that too, but everytime I have phoned to cancel it I have been sent a new card!! I have now been sent 3 simms card. My partner did upgrade with yourselves but unfortunately she was told that she could not cancel the contract as it was an upgrade but to be honest after the lack of service from yourselves I feel extremely let down by your service & am contemplating contacting watchdog to view their opinion & to see if this is just a regular occurance or whether I am just a one off!!!

Dialaphone provide a quick and easy purchase at the best price available. O2 couldn't beat there deal when talking to them directly. I'd definitely use again and recommend others do the same.

I ordered the new iphone5 for my daughter as an early Christmas present. I received an email detailing a guaranteed date of delivery. That date came and went but no telephone. I then received further email promising delivery within 10 to 13 days. A few days later another email stating that delivery could be up to 4 weeks. The mobile finally arrived, but then we hit another problem. The new mobile's telephone number was shown on the letter that arrived with the mobile. Later that day I telephoned my daughter, the phone was answered but not by anybody that I knew. It turned out that the telephone number that we had been given for the mobile did not belong to my daughters new mobile. she had to telephone me so that I could tell her the correct telephone number for her new iphone5. we are very impressed with the new mobile but not with Dialaphone.

I'd been looking to upgrade for a while, my service provider, O2, couldn't give me the deal on minutes, txt & data I wanted so I looked on line & found DialaPhone - job done! Phone arrived before I knew it was on it's way - perfect service so far!

what a fantastic phone, got it for my teenage son who has not put it down since he got it !

I had to wait over 3 weeks for my phone and the customer service replied: " What should I do?" Rude.
The phone is itself is great (Iphone 6)but the experience with dial a phone took too long thatI had to purchase another SIM for the time even though I had paid my handset price. Ridiculous.

I have been a dedicated Nokia user for a good number of years and on a couple of occasions tried to stray for example Motorola or Sony Ericson but each time I returned to Nokia with my tail between my legs.
Well now after a great of consideration I have recently up graded to Samsung and I must say that I am totally astonished by it technology and I am very much enjoying using it.
So I am sorry to say its good bye to Nokia and its a big hello and omg to the Samsung club :)

I was disappointed to have to wait almost 2 weeks for my iPhone 5.

I will be writing to Watchdog. I wanted to buy a phone but instead I have been charged for a Gadget Helpline at £ 20.00 for 6 months use - in advance - which I didn't want. Money by stealth. Stealing in fact.

I found Dialaphone while searching the internet, I rang them a couple of times to discuss various options regarding upgrading my old phone or purchasing a new phone and contract. All the people at Dialaphone were very helpfull, gave me lots of useful information regarding contracts and number portability. Eventually we agreed on the best deal I could find anywhere, lovely phone and cheapest contract.

As per title, I waited for the cash back offer to become available on quidco and followed the correct procedures. But I've been told my claim was declined by dialaphone. Feel conned.
