Try dialaphone online mate, really good easy to use, super easy in fact, filled in a few details online and waited for reply, the order went through really easy and dialaphone kept me up to date at all times with the process, infact it was so fantastic I ran outside naked in the snow and screamed at the top of my voice how jolly and happy I was at the tremendous service I'd had, my god writing this has reminded me again just how good it was..... Oh no I'm out the door again, smoke me a kipper il be home for breakfast xxxxxx

Delivery date for new phone changed several times. And even after that it arrived a day after the last e mail said it would. Human contact by phone was very good.

have dealt with this company on many occasions, and have always found them to be fast, efficient and so easy to use, will be back again next time i wish to change contract.

Whilst initially the online sales experience is adequate and simple, thereafter becomes a challenge, nagivating the telephone system to speak with someone requires a qualification and the 'my account' customer pages are in adequate, don't work and disagree with what you are told over the phone. Staff acknowledge the website does not work. Whilst staff are helpful communication with departments is poor and the outcome is confused and poor quality. It would take some improvement and incentive for me to recommend a friend!

Bought the phone a week ago through Dialaphone; they were quick and efficient. The change over from o2 to Vodafone was quite painless; I only lost service for about half an hour :))

I have used Dialaphone before and have always been a good service. The ease and service on this occasion has been outstanding. Filled out the simple online application and the Phone was with me the following morning. I got the Motorola Razr i. Had the iphone 3 and Sony Xperia S but this is the best one yet. A truly quality phone at an amazing price. So very happy. Thank you

Good phone and good price but old sim was terminated with out notice while my son was in hospital leaving me with no way to be contacted or call hospital for any update on his condition until I had set up new phone. Just bad timing I guess.

i was impressed with the fast and easy service i received. simple to use website and ordered within minutes arrived well within the time i was given. would recommend.

I got great service and the speed at which my order was confirmed and processed was up there with the best. This was my third time using Dial-a-phone and each time they've been great.

I've upgraded my contract and got new Samsung Galaxy Note 2. It was found to be faulty. Exchanging faulty phone is seem to be lengthy process and frustrating.
Steps I had to follow unwillingly:
1. Call Dialaphone and explain
2. Call Gadget helpline and explain the same then get the fault code
3. Call Dialaphone again and give your fault code
4. Cutomer care staff arranges to send pre-paid cover to send faulty phone. ( You are not sure when you will be receiving pre-paid cover. Customer care staff says 'it will take atleast 5 working days to receive cover)
5. After waiting long enough receive the pre-paid cover and send the phone by obtaining the proof of posting.
6. Wait to receive your new phone.(I am in this step now)
7. You spend lot more money by calling 0844 numbers.

Funny thing is that as this is an upgrade and Galaxy Note 2 uses only micro sim I've received a new sim card. My old sim card has been automatically de-activated so I am hanging around without my old mobile phone number. I am using temporary sim card with topped-up more money. Last so many important calls.

I think Dialphone should have a service to collect the faulty phone and issue new phone immediately.

Haven't had any problems whatsoever, found the cheapest deal (even cheaper than getting an upgrade when my current contract was up for renewal!). Fast delivery and they waited until I had received and signed for the phone before activating it, great security.

researched the whole internet for a good deal. couldn't find a better deal. even after asking current network for an upgrade. went with dialaphone on the same network! only delay was getting a PAC and porting out my number from my Galaxy S and then doing it again to port the number back to the new and exciting Galaxy S3

The guy i dealt with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend Dialaphone to any of my friends.

Still waiting for my SIM card to be activated after a week.
Dialaphone says they have contacted orange and need to wait 24 hours and then contact orange to update with my billing information..mmm...waited 24 hours and still not activated..
But the process of ordering and delivery went fine.
Need support to get the SIM card activated so i can use the phone.
