one of the worst purchases i've ever made. i was lured in by the offer of an unbeatable deal on my contract. the money saved was to be returned to me by the form of cash back (this part of the contract never materialized). after sending off countless letters and emails and receiving no replies i decided to contact them only to find out that their only telephone service is automated and does not involve any conversation with a human. i found another number for them: +447011146927 "call mr D M!" before calling this number please bare in mind that this man claims to speak very little english and will answer every question with; "your cheque is with the courier service". he also refused to give us their details. MY ADVICE TO YOU WOULD BE, PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. -no matter how tempting the offers seem. To add this comment i had to complete a small survey of the company. this survey wouldn't allow me to put anything below one. i would have put minus if i could.

I wanted to take a moment to report about how pleased I am with my new phone and the service I received. The man who dealt with me was suitably courteous and helpful and we managed to negotiate a cracking deal for my new phone. As a rule, I hate commiting to purchases via phone, but Dial a Phone really were the best option for the phone and tariff that I wanted.
Even more shocking, everything has gone completely smoothly. Previous phone purchases from buymobiles has resulted in phones going missing, but the tracking service for the delivery service used was faultless, and frankly, I enjoyed stalking the progress of the driver online!
I can confirm that I have received the cashback that was promised and have put the money towards a Sony Smartband from Phones4U using the discount code that I received via email from dialaphone this morning.
Overall, I am so happy with the service I received, how smoothly everything has gone and how nothing was "forgotten" (I'll admit I was skeptical about that cashback ever arriving) and about the extra little touches that I have received in the way of the vouchers.

never in a million years would i ever deal with this company again.i took a day off work for my handset to be delivered,didnt receive anything.called them to find out what the hold up was,they said they hadnt processed my order.rang them two days later and asked to speak to the sales rep,customer services advised me that i need to pay an upfront cost,i told them the rep said there was no charge,i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I received a terrible service when cancelling an order with Dialaphone. They were extremely rude to my on the phone and refused to cancel my order. I spoke to numerous people as I kept getting passed around. Finally my network agreed to cancel the contract that I had set up but dialaphone insist that I would owe them for the phone (which at this point I hadn't actually received). I told them I would return the phone when received and was informed that they would just keep returning it to me.

Please avoid this company like the plague!

Ordered two contract iPhones for my twin daughters. Ordered, processed and accepted Friday morning with a delivery date of following Tuesday. Later on the Friday received an email saying phones would be delivered on Saturday. They arrive at 9.30 Saturday. Super quick and painless transaction! I recommend this firm.

I was very cautious getting a new contract from a company I didn't know, I came across dial a phone as I wanted a note 3 contract but I didn't want to pay anything for the handset so this was ideal! As I had the new phone, and a free tablet 3! The phone come today and everything is great also.. I had a free flip case for my phone too which are normally £50 on there own! Feeling very satisfied and would recommend dial a phone to anyone who wants a new contract xx

Bought my Samsung S4 in August this year and was very happy with it until last month a Samsung update caused the contacts on the phone to freeze. Overnight the phone completely stopped working and I was left with a black front screen and no way of turning the phone back on.
I initially sent the phone to Samsung to be repaired as it was still within its warranty period, however, they returned it to me stating the warranty was void due to non approved firmware being installed. Not being very technical myself (my last phone was 6 years old), I phoned the dialaphone service centre who informed me that this could not have happened unintentionally so knowing that I had not installed anything I then sent the phone back through to Dialaphone to be repaired or replaced. Three weeks on and I have now received a phonecall from Dialaphone to say my warranty is void due to an unauthorised repair (Hmmm you'd think at least they would come up with the same problem!). Now, I know the only people who have looked at my phone are Dialaphone and Samsung so no unauthorised repairs - who would be that stupid when the phone is still under warranty anyway! After a very frustrating phone call to customer services who basically said it was up to me to prove that I hadn't done any of these things to the phone (wouldn't have the first clue how to go about that by the way). I am now in the process of writing in formally with a view to going to the small claims court if I get no joy. I can't see that a judge would expect me to pay for what is obviously a faulty phone. I for one have learnt my lesson the hard way - beware.

My experience with dial a phone was superb.. I ordered a samsung note 3 on saturday night. Immediately got an email saying it will be delivered on tuesday. Credit check cleared on monday, email and text confirmed delivery on tuesday and rightly so I got it at 3pm that day. No hassle. Cheap as well. £38 a month. For the same tariff high street stores were asking for £50. On top of that they gave me a new samsung tab. Recommended.

Looking at the reviews on this site, I was a bit cautious when ordering an I phone 5s, but I'm glad to be saying that I would recommend dialaphone to anyone looking for a good deal. The iphone 5s in gold arrived within two days of ordering it, I even got a text from my phone letting me know an hour before it saws getting dropped off. I ordered through the phone (recommend) and they were extremely helpful and polite. Overall great service, fast delivery and a brand new iphone for £33 a month! (Vodafone wanted £49) Thank you dialaphone!

They are appalling! They have numerous 'internal' policies hidden from you, and are complete rubbish! Please, don't waste you're money with these idiots.

Everyday this phone will be delivered the next day, I don't receive emails from them or nothing. I asked to cancel it, but I cant cancel it because its in the system, HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I usually deal with mobiles.co.uk, think I will send this back and go back to them because at least they have the common decency to send out a phone!!!!

I contacted dial-a-phone today for an upgrade on a two year contract finished today. I queried the £200 cashback and apparently I should have returned redemption vouchers accessed through the website. However, no information had been provided, the website was given if I required info or had any questions, which I never did no never accessed. The first contact I had today told me that I should have been sent claim forms with the welcome back which I didn't receive, the second lady said these weere only accessible from the website! Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere, will upgrade tomorrow!

I had an HTC One x bought through dialaphone and as expected it developed the WIFI hardware fault. Booked a repair online via dialaphone repair website and within a few days got an envelope to send the phone in. The phone was repaired within warantee and delivered back within a couple of days. Even my phone cover was returned back in a package. The WIFI now works brilliantly in all areas.

Hi I bought a phone off you in Sept 2012, & was told just after that that I would be credited £25 to purchase a handsfree headset seeing as you couldn't supply me with one? It is now April 2013 & guess what, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY £25!!!!

Purchased a phone from Dial a Phone which clearly stated that the tariff included 'unlimited minutes' and 'unlimited texts' (and indeed I bought it for that sole reason). When I received the confirmation email, the tariff was stated as "3000 minues + 3000 texts'. I immediately called customer services to query this but found that none of the options actually led anywhere i.e. it was impossible to find an option which allowed you to speak to a customer services adviser. In the end, I ended up calling the sales team (funnily enough, no problem getting through to someone on that line...) only to be told that although they do state the tariff as 'unlimited'.... it's actually not unlimited. Apparently there is something in the small print which says the 'fair usage' policy of the network provider I chose (Orange) is maximum 3,000 minutes and 3,000 texts. When I asked why, therefore, Dial a phone have advertised the tariff as 'unlimited' when they know that it is not, they couldn't give a sufficient explanation. This is blatant misrepresentation and im sure the ombudsman would have something to say about it. Be very cautious when using this company - you don't get what you thought you were paying for and their customer services 'set-up' is quite frankly appalling.

Have used dialaphone a number of times now. The first time was 10 years ago and it wasnt a great experience with the voucher redemptions and trying to cancel the contract after the 12month term (which had to be done direct with dialaphone in the past). These days i wouldnt use any other site as the deals are great and the order placement through to delivery is fast and straight forward. Only problems i have are with the network providers when it comes to upgrade or cancel - they dont let you keep your number if you buy a new contract on their network through dialaphone, yet they wont upgrade and match dialaphone deals either - so you're starting from scratch everytime you buy from dialaphone and with a new number (unless you change network and port your number across).
Only other quibble i have is that the monthly price i pay is never what was advertised on dialaphone. The operators always tell me its because of the point at which i placed the order that has caused an overlap in the billing but this makes no sense to me and i have argued in the past to get my plan at the price i agreed to pay when i ordered the phone!

Dialaphone provides with great range of phones on various deals. Most importantly, very affordable. The service they provide is also great. Phone gets delivered on time, without any issues that I can think of. I would differently recommoned this website to anyone who is looking for affordable upgrade, or even a fancy high price for amazing deals.

I called in to Phones 4u, Kirkcaldy, who put me on to Customer Advisor (Wayne) at Dial-a-Phone. Wayne had a very pleasant manner and was most helpful in organising my new phone and new network contract. To my surprise, phone arrived within two days and I was up and running later that day. If I was just being asked for my opinion on my customer experience when dealing with Wayne it would be a 5. However, my overall customer experience is a 4. The reason being my new price plan is Panther - £28.50 - 600 Anytime Xnet minutes + Unlimited Text Messages + 1GB Data. Each month I am being charged £30.00. I called in to Phones 4u at the beginning of December who spoke with someone at Dial-a-Phone and I was advised that price would be amended to £28,50 and I would receive a credit for the overpayment. Alas, I am still being charged £30.00 a month. I should add that I have advised a number of people on how impressed I was with my dealings with Phones 4u/Dial-a-Phone.
