They professionally handled an issue where my purchase was damaged during shipping. However, when trying to reach by phone at the provided number, I was never able to reach anyone and it always simply hung up on the line.

My bike showed up with allegedly 7 miles on it. It was crash scratched and had a aftermarket rear disc. How is a bike with 7 miles on the drivetrain come to me like this? I'm not impressed and doubt I'll do business with Upway again. This is our second bike from them, our first was missing the original kickstand and I contacted them about that, their response was it wasn't pictured in their ad. That's all.

I’m so glad I used Upway to sell my bike, they’re very easy to use and gave me a very fair offer for my bike. They have one of the best customer service support teams I’ve ever used. Received payment very quickly after they inspected the bike and it was exactly was they offered me.

The bike came in perfect condition. It was set up well gears and brakes needed no adjustments. The bike looked new. Delivery was a little mixed up due to a holiday the carrier couldn’t get delivery time or date straight. But all in all I would definitely consider Upway again if I was to buy another bike.

Horrible experience with the warranty. Bike arrived faulty, took me more than a month to get the battery issue even addressed. Miserable customer service.

I cancelled an order before it left their facility in New York. I was charged some kind of BS "fee" of 200.00 and Shipping fee of 149 even though it was never shipped! So, I'm out 349 bucks just for cancelling an order!

The price was right, the transaction was easy, bike was in great condition, bike was well packed, easy to re-assemble and get on the trails ASAP. shipping was great with updated status. Thank you!

On line purchase support was good. The online Basic Set Up link arrived three days after my bike was delivered. It was already up and running by that point. That’s why I’m giving 4 Stars instead of 5

Sent me a defective bike the options they sent to get it repaired was a random list of vendors and none could fix the bike. When I returned the bike they still charged me a restock fee even though they sent me a non working bike. I dont have time to be going to different bike shops to find one that will actually fix it. Returned the bike and still on the hook for $350

Overall bike arrived in condition expected. One star removed because the Shimano motor was not reset in order for a new user to connect to E-tube. This should have been done before shipping, but customer service is being responsive to resolve. Also not impressed with the tires that came with the bike, they are 2.25 inch tires and way lower quality than what the bike typically comes with so I had to buy new tires.

I received the bike as described and the delivery was quick. I was tracking their listings previously and purchased when i found a bike that met me needs for good value. I was assured to by from them rather than a private seller for the 12 month warranty.
The bike arrived with the well tuned except for a cable not being tidied so that I didn't feel able to ride it without it getting caught, and half the chain connector missing. This pointed to the 'final inspection' being rushed. Customer service were quick to advice I could take it to a bike store and they would automatically refund with the receipt total as long as it was under $100, and I received the refund as a partial refund of the purchase within a day.

Easy to find the bike I wanted by setting up alert emails, and the bike is in great shape. The setup instructions that came with the bike didn't match the bike model and the tool included was a size too small for my model, and I wasn't sure how to contact Upway for immediate help (I assumed a support email would take a while to get a solution from). So the "5 minute setup" ended up taking more like 30 minutes because we had to look through videos (couldn't find the right model) and finally the bike manual, and then look through our existing tools (luckily we had the right one). The bike registration hadn't been transferred to me; I guess they usually do this but miss it sometimes. I found a way to email Upway they corrected it right away, so that was a good experience.

The pictures and description of the bike I bought were exactly what I recieved.
