Bought a great bike at a great price from a great company. Then traded that bike for a better fitting bike from this same great company. They were very helpful. The price ended up a little greater, but still a great price, and a better fitting bike.

This is my second ebike purchase from Upway (the first one was stolen from my back yard). In both cases the bike arrived quickly. Assembly went smoothly. Ride is as good as new.

The story ended well, but the journey was frustrating. My bike arrived without the battery, so it was completely unusable. Instead of receiving a quick replacement, the case dragged on for more than two weeks with slow communication and no clear timeline. Eventually, Upway reimbursed me for purchasing a new battery myself, and the problem is now solved. I appreciate that they made it right in the end, but I hope they improve their responsiveness and customer support, especially when dealing with issues that prevent customers from using their bikes at all.

Upway has the most professional and trustworthy service, I buy and sell bikes to them. Every bike is treated as if it were the most important item on the planet whether been bought or sold.

So easy!! No boxing as they arrived with a cargo van and picked up bike as promised. The driver Carlos was very assuring and loaded the bike. A receipt with pictures arrived a fee minutes after. I got email with payment notification the next day.
I will use UpWay again anytime!! Giving it full 👍 thumbs up highest recommendation!

The bike came with a damaged wire connecting the battery. We had to jerryrig it to work as our little local bike shop said they couldn’t fix it and Upways response was to have local bike shop fix it

Searches show Upway to be a major source of quality used equipment in the market. I have to agree that the quality of product info is great. The service, shipping, and packaging are second to none. The description of what you are buying is as fair and honest as possible.

The 15 day try out was nice. The bike didn't fit me and I returned it. Only issue I had was with the refund process. It could be normal but I would not receive an update unless I asked first.

I did receive my refund so hopefully I was just an exception to this issue

I bought an E-mtn bike that had several issues that could not be resolved. My return transaction was flawless! I have never been treated with such care when getting customer service anywhere. I worked for Lowes for several years, pride myself on great customer service. I so appreciate being in the receiving end, thank you! Have and will recommend.

Buying our two Aventon e-bikes from Upway was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We visited the store, and the team made us feel welcome right away. They were patient, knowledgeable, and focused on helping us choose the right bikes instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need.

Bike was not what was advertised. Returned bike with no problems and ended up getting a brand new bike. Customer service is great. I've heard great things about this company. I don't think this is the norm.

I was a little skeptical but I brought the bike because it was new and owned by a bike shop. Ended up with the warranty on everything but upway is unable to check that status so it's a gamble. Worked out great for me though!

I bought a Pedego Latch from Upway, and their written and visual descriptions of the bike were accurate on their website. The price was good. The bike is performing very well. I thought there was a problem with the bike and they responded very well reaching out to me several times. As it turned out the issue wasn't an issue, in that, peddle assist 6 on a Pedego is full electric mode - not peddle assist. I just didn't know that. Upway was a good experience.

Communication was difficult and confusing concerning selling a bike to you and purchasing a different one. Very stressful.

So happy I went in for an ebike! Mine came with a little surprise broken part that was a little tricky to resolve due to stock outs with the OEM. I was able to find a part that I had to order from Europe, and which was a nice upgrade. Upway fully reimbursed me and I couldn't be more pleased!

Ordered sat. received on fri...2022 bike had 60 miles Pace 500...paid half price as new...just plain fun to ride...Grandson was impressed so he ordered an Adventure now we are out everyday ..together having fun !

Excellence from start to finish. Easy to use site. Great updates throughout process. Bike arrived ready to ride in 10-15 minutes and rode beautifully. Best bike ever and easiest bike purchase ever. UpWay is Legit AF.
