I buy Kevin Murphy and Goldwell products from Uniquelooks.com. It's so much cheaper than my local retailers (i'm in Australia). The shipping price is very reasonable and I always receive my purchase within two weeks.

I use Clynol hair styling products and I find 'Uniquelooks' prices are very good. Also the delivery is quick and charges very reasonable. I recommend them and will also look for other products to buy from them in future.

Good range of products reasonably priced. Straight forward purchase and very prompt delivery. With a bit of humour thrown in for the human touch.

I ordered a hair product,which arrived very promptly. Unfortunately the packaging had not protected the seal and there was cream all over the parcel. On complaining I was dealt with equally promptly and refunded half the cost of the item. This was agreeable to me and I would use this site again.

You have to purchase your Kevin Murphy from here, best prices and good communication, I was really amused by the e mail explaining my parcel was on its way, you need to buy to get this experience. I've found this company trustworthy and reliable, and they write fun emails and give product samples--two added bonuses. Pricing is good. They are in the UK, and my shipments to the USA take 2 weeks or less.

No suggestion from the Customer service (Annie), except waiting !!!
Is it a joke ?
I am wondering if this famous customer service is really useful.
They didn't make any effort to track the order. They only email to stall you. It's pittifully inadequate.
