Delayed
The product was OK. I use the same product many years now, so I knew what I had ordered. I ordered it from this site because it was the cheapest available online. I received the product approximately 11 days after the day that I placed my order. I had run out of it, so because I could not wait, I bought another gel from a local store while waiting. I do not know who is responsible for the delay, the company or the post office, but my experience was not the best possible.

Great prices, will buy there again!
I found the products I was looking for at the best price the market could offer, I couldn't believe it, the only problem is that they didn't have the shampoo and had to buy the conditioner somewhere else. I live in Australia so the post took around 2 weeks to arrive, but when I reveived the parcel it came with a little sweet surprise.
Will come back and buy more products from their site, I love it!

The only order we have for you I'm afraid was made on 30/05/14, we did not receive and order on 13/06/14.

I got what was coming to me.
Ordering was quick and easy, shipping was quick despite coming from overseas and I got exactly what I ordered, with an emotional shipping confirmation worthy of a Shakespearean drama to boot.

Lovely products, at a reasonable price.
Uniquelooks should know the amount limit for taxfree export for inst. to Norway, and split the delivery if neccecary to avoid a double price for the product.

smart in every way.
Not only did I manage to find the products I wanted, I found them at a competitive price. I then received a witty email to inform me of dispatch, which personalized the whole experience. I believe that this is what people want from the Web Sales Teams and this company achieved it.
