Never received the item in spite of having been waiting for more than 15 days , long delays in replying to emails

Sales team said it was sent but it never reached me. Royal Mail said after 15 working days I should ask Unique Looks to help me make a claim. Hopefully they will help me.

I ordered over one month ago, I live in the US so of course it took time to receive. Once received, it was an order issued by a gentlemen in UK, not my order. I have emailed 7 times since, only one response stating to wait the appropriate amount of days for international shipping. Though I noted I did not get my product, and received something unusable, I have not gotten a response, instructions for return, or my actual product, which was quite pricey for my budget. Very, very frustrated.

Shouldn't bother with them my package didn't arrive and after emails of complaint they are now ignoring me as well as having it away with £ 20 of my money. I would strongly recommend not using them, thats unless you enjoy getting robbed

I sent them an email to cancel my order just 1 day after i had placed the order, which is legit according to their return and refund policies. However, Its been a week and i still haven't got any reply from them, which makes me think they are a scam or something like that. Would never recommend this company.

I have used this company a few times now and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I particularly like the little notes that come in the mail with the products.

The despatch e-mail had my sides aching, it was wonderful and hilarious. Then when the package arrived there was a lovely note in the box along with a packet of Love Hearts! Brilliant!!

I placed my order three weeks ago, but never received my item (even though the delivery message I received indicated that I would receive it within 3-7 days). I emailed the company numerous times to get an update on my order, but they never bothered replying. I also rang them on several occasions during their opening hours, but they never answered. Eventually, after much hassle and many emails, they eventually cancelled my order. They never even offered so much as an apology for the inconvenience caused. This is an appalling service, and I will make sure to inform all my friends never to use it. The fact that they didn't even offer an apology is indicative of extremely poor customer service - they really aren't doing themselves any favors.

I ordered hair products in late March. I received an email saying they had been dispatched 1 week later and to date they still have not arrived. It is now April 17th. When I emailed to enquire where my products were I received an automatically generated reply. I am a very dissatisfied customer who is highly unlikely to purchase anything from this website again.

Bought a Kevin Murphy Rinse from Uique looks and was totally satisfied with every aspect of the transaction.

I will continue shopping with unique looks because of the prices however my most recent order didn't ship for 2 weeks and i received no explanation about it- nor did they reply to my email enquiry.
