Unagi Scooters Recenzje 

I have been an unagi customer since 2019 and had 3 scooters with them. my last refurbished one was starting to die, and they said they don't take back scooters anymore so I opted to rent the new voyager. I just got it in the mail last week and it's dirty, has scratches on it, and is in a mismarked box. they said the warehouses reuse boxes, so it's probably the right scooter in the wrong box. then I take it out and see more scratches and asked about it, and they told me I ordered a refurbished Voyager. I said that's not possible, there is no advertising on the website for refurbished Voyagers, just refurbished Model Ones, and I didn't order that. nothing on my receipt said anything except Voyager. so they sent me a refurbished Voyager, advertised with the specs of a new Voyager, which I know will be wrong because they advertise refurbished scooters as having slightly less range (which is true), and told me they weren't going to do anything about it. I specifically ordered a new scooter because I wanted more range. i'm still arguing with them about this, how it's literally false advertising to not disclose this but to also sell used products as new and at the same price as a new product. I'm so incredibly disappointed. they said they've been out of stock of new Voyagers for several weeks, which is fine, but don't send me a used one, when I didn't order it. it is illegal in the state of California, where they operate, to advertise false information about products and that is exactly what they are doing.

Can not unlock 20 mph mode. That was the entire reason for ordering. I've tried it without exaggeration over 100 times with nothing to show for it. 1/5 stars scooter like a polished turd. It looks nice but it's still shit

This is my first time using a scooter. I was un decisive if I should buy one or not and renting it has been a great experience. I am currently working away from home and a different city, and I am not in a position to buy a car here as I will be eventually returning, so the rental has been a perfect opportunity. I have not had any service issues yet and hopefully I will not however, I do not doubt that if necessary service will be at a very good standard. I am very happy with the service so far.

The scooter is nice however the range is not as indicate. I work 4 miles from my home and I always run out of battery a mile before I get to work

Well, hello my name is Patrick. I just recently received my unagi scooter And I must say pretty impressed. It runs fine. I actually got it from my daughter who is 15 years old she loves it complain. I would have that they say it does. It only does 17 mph. I'm going to contact them To see if I'm doing something wrong or if I can swap it out maybe but other than that, she's very happy to have it so far I've only had it for three weeks so far everything's been good. I will definitely recommend To friends and family. As far as only going 17 mph, my daughter says that's fine with her. It's plenty of fast for her. Thanks and have a great day.P.Price

I initially received a scooter that had slightly defective charging port. I emailed them and they promptly started the process of sending me a new scooter and credited my account for the time between the email and getting the new scooter, which was very prompt as well.

Arrived quickly! Gets me to work and back faster then on the road with traffic! I absolutely love it! Thank you Unagi!

I have not received my replacement and it's been more than 7 days

Living in the middle of a city I didn't see any use having a car, so I got rid of it. I started renting scooters around the city from local companies. Life started getting busier, so I began to ride from place to place between 4 jobs. I was spending $60.00-$80.00 a week. I thought to myself there's has to be something easier, more reliable, and more convenient. I did some research and came across a company called Unagi. The problem was I didn't see anything as if my city was eligible. I emailed Unagi, and to my surprise the answer was a: Yes. 5/28/2022 I became I believe the 1st Unagi rider here. So I started spreading the news around. Now I have seen at least over 100 Unagi riders. Bottom line is: 2 years, 5 months, and 6 days later i'm still here. Thank you...

If I could give 0 stars for this company, I would. They literally have no customer support. They have an AI bot which practically does not know anything. There is no phone number or email address to contact. Their built customer support link never gets any response. I have dropped multiple queries and no response for more than a month.

Now, lemme talk about my actual issue -

I wanted to return the scooter and they said I will be charged $100 restocking fee if I return before 10/10. I canceled on 10/11 and I was still charged that. Even with that, I returned the scooter using Fedex pickup as per their instructions. Fedex guy picked up 3 weeks ago and these guys are still saying that they haven't received the scooter and will charge me monthly $67. I'm still unable to get a response and this is getting super annoying. I will be creating a dispute with my card company and have them handle this fraud company!

Scooters don't work as advertised

Sent the wrong colour. Did get technical support when I said the Scooter didn't want to turn on.

I’ve been a member with Unagi for a little over a year now and I have to say, I’m glad I came across them. Their customer service is always accommodating in a timely fashion. I recently wanted to swap out the color of the scooter I rent and I figured it would be a hassle but to my surprise, they were more than happy to make the adjustment for me.

They sent me a defective scooter and never replaced it at all and I paid 116.00 for it and could never ride it because the charging port never charged the scooter and I told them this and nothing ever happened until I lost my checks they turned it over to collections I just wish they would have handled it much better. I think they should send me a scooter in place of the other one cause I had to wait 3 months to get the scooter cause it was supposed to be a new scooter.

Had a speed problem and emailed them and they responded within a day, and had a solution to help me .
