⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service!

I can’t recommend Johnson Fitness highly enough! From start to finish, their customer service has been absolutely outstanding.

After I reported a damaged part on my treadmill, they responded incredibly quickly and immediately offered a solution. They arranged to send a replacement part without any hassle, and even included an additional item as a goodwill gesture, which was such a thoughtful surprise.

It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but Johnson Fitness exceeded all my expectations. The communication was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.

I honestly can’t fault anything. Fantastic products backed by exceptional customer service. I would happily recommend Johnson Fitness to anyone looking for fitness equipment with the confidence that they’ll be looked after if they ever need support.

The communication from Veronica was excellent and she extracted all the information from me regarding the problem and the Treadmill model number etc. prior to supplying any recomendations, once she had the information she posted off the necessary replacement parts.

Treadmil arrived with a broken piece of plastic on the side rail. Trying to get someone to help is a nightmare. Have asked for a full refund and for someone to come and collect it but no luck so far. I would not recommend this company on this experience.

We contacted Johnson's as we required 2 parts for our treadmill. They quickly emailed us a quote. We asked to proceed, they sent us a payment link. They confirmed the payment was received and within 48 hours the parts received. A very quick & simple procedure with professional service.

I have ordered Johnson Fitness equipment not once but twice. The threadmill i ordered in both cases was proved faulty. All this happened in less than 2months. First time the equipment that delivered was physically broken and 2nd time the equipment failed to turn on even before first use. Very disappointed with product and company.

We purchased a treadmill before Christmas 2025 - when it was delivered one of the end caps was damaged in transit. No drama I thought, I took some pictures, and emailed their customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Everything seemed to be going well, they where helpful and said they would ship a replacement part (this was confirmed as being sorted),

2 weeks later and no part, so I contacted them and they said they would investigate.

heard nothing back, follow up emails where ignored and now we are end of Feb and still nothing

This is a replacement machine for another elliptical machine that I had purchased. The customer support team are fantastic. I am happy with the swap.

Made contact with the company to request a new belt for my treadmill. They were quick to respond checking if it was still within warranty, which is wasn't. They were then quick to provide a price and sent the belt promptly once payment was received via an easy to use link. The price was very reasonable too. The belt arrived as promised following messages to update on the delivery schedule.

Few stinky reviews on here so felt compelled to say ordered a Matrix bench yesterday that’s absolutely amazing delivery was so fast I have already trained on it the price was the lowest around and the transaction simple and efficient gym equipment within 24 hours is hard to match but they did it well done. 10/10
