The waterproof i ordered
The waterproof i ordered, Medium size, had sleeves that were far too short and, for a waterproof, was too tight. Not sure which country's medium size you use. Will need to order a large waterproof in future which I never do in the UK shops.
Shorts supplied were ideal for a medium size.
Delivery timescale is far too long and took 3 days more than the 4-6 weeks quoted. Really need to get that down to the 4 weeks or less.

Thanks for the review, we do hope that your waterproof was made to the size guide supplied on our website and to the club when we setup the club shop, could you kindly check as if it has not been we are more than happy to have this changed for you. As we do not have minimum order quanties we cannot operate on a time scale of less than 4 - 6 weeks for custom made items, all of our club clothing is made to order. We would much rather deliver in this timeframe than insist that clubs have minimum orders before we can process, this way members can buy individual items are their choosing. We hope you have a great season and if you can get back to us on the measurement if its not correct.

This is untrue as had as we can tell - We have had no contact from you at all via email. You ordered a custom made product on 15th of April, which clearly states on website: "Pre Order: We aim to ship this item to you within 4-6 Weeks" and ordered in a size which is not kept in stock so was made to order. If you would like to email us and make contact with to allow us to look at this for you then we will. We categorically deny ever sending a customer a second hand product.

The unisex sizing is not really suitable for the female figure - unflattering and too long.

Different Expectations
There was a wrong order issue and my and their view of how to resolve differed.
Order eventually fulfilled maybe not my expectations!

Thank you for your review.
We fully acknowledge that a human error resulted in the incorrect postage label being attached to your parcel, and we apologised for this immediately on the day of dispatch. We contacted you by both telephone and email as soon as the issue was identified, the day of original dispatch, dispatched the correct parcel within 24 hours via recorded delivery, and refunded your postage costs the same day for returning the incorrectly labeled parcel.
What we are unclear on is how our efforts to resolve the matter fell short in your view, as every reasonable step on our side was taken promptly and transparently.
Your main concern then became Royal Mail’s delivery timeframe, which unfortunately is outside of our control. As advised, only the recipient can directly liaise with their local delivery office regarding delays specific to their address and delivery route. While we appreciate the frustration caused by the courier delay, it is unfair to suggest we were unwilling to resolve the matter when we acted immediately, maintained communication throughout, and covered the associated costs ourselves.
We always accept responsibility where it is due, which we did here from the outset, but equally it is important that the circumstances are represented fairly.
