Sadly the order was incomplete. Board Mounts and two sets of darts which were part of the package didn’t arrive. No response from customer service. I’m pretty disappointed obviously.

Where do I begin I paid for this stand…
Where do I begin ….. I paid for this stand on Monday 26th January 2026 for my grandchild’s birthday on the 14th February. I finally received this on Thursday 9th April. When I complained I was informed that this item was out of stock and I would receive it when it came back into stock 🤦♀️ Why wasn’t this explained to me when I placed my order, not a good service at all.

I sent the correct address to to your company. You sent the wrong address to to the delivery company which I paid extra for next day delivery. I have screenshots of proof. Still have not received my package. And customer service is 3-4 days waiting for response
