I've assembled multiple models and I'm very happy with all of them. There are nice details, both decorative and mechanical. The instructions are rather clear, but require some attention to details. The models look and work great.

Ils se sont montré très responsable : j'avais une pièce manquante sur un model, un simple formulaire a remplir et voilà. Et ils se sont excusé des délais car c'est la guerre chez eux...

Unbelievably good product and service. I've just finished making the remarkably well made racing car and I'm amazed by the engineering that goes into these models. They go tother well, the instructions are clear and concise and what's more if you break a piece they'll send you a replacement free of charge! I'm hooked and will be ordering another one today!

Placed an order that has been misdelivered today - the photo of the delivery address is incorrect (and unknown to the addressee). Have been in contact with FedEx who can hopefully resolve the matter (collect it and deliver to the correct address).
Have tried to contact UGears - but have had email delivery failure for all four email addresses on the contact us page.
I fully understand that things can go astray in the post, but if FedEx cannot deliver, how am I supposed to contact UGears?

reageerde slecht op de mail.
Verder duurde het 21 dagen in plaats van 3-5 dagen
voor ik het afgebroken onderdeel opgestuurd kreeg

I’ve got an almost finished Pickup lumberjack model and I need another #7 card for the rear fenders because I broke the delicate flex area that makes the bend at one end.

Please help because you aren’t answering the emails for customer service

Update: found a way to order spare parts on their website so I should be good to go but the customer service could use some help like the emailing process plus I didn’t see the parts request option on the website the first couple of visits using my iOS device

Grundsätzlich super habe gerade die aero clock zusammen gebaut ein kleiner Fehler und der ganze Ballon ist zerbrochen in so einem Fall kann man alles wegwerfen und war umsonst.
Muss mich korrigieren man bekommt kostenlos alle Teile nach. Mir wurde dies leider falsch bekannt gegeben.

So far so good. I haven’t opened Hogwarts yet as it’s a Christmas present but it arrived 3 days early from FedEx. Well packaged and the box looks to be high quality. Very impressed so far

Fantastic working models. Very creative and fun to assemble. They arrive quickly and are just as described. They make interesting displays.

I have MANY Ugears models. I love them all. My review is just for clarification. They say no glue is needed. In some cases you will need to glue(no matter what company you buy your model from). Time frame & age frame of builds is a bit far fetched(unless ur in a race/ don’t care about quality/& want broken parts),so give yourself some time. The rubberbands do get brittle & break over time as well as non-replaceable. Hopefully there will be fixes/updates in the future to fix that issue. All in all though the models are GREAT. Just some helpful honest insight before you build,but don’t hesitate.

Excellent models. Sturdy. Good instruction book, easy to follow. Nice to keep.
The only downside are the elastic they used. They dried after 1 years ;(

Receiving a quality build pack, with clear instructions, through the build process itself has been a great pleasure, to the extent that the completed model is a finality with lesser holding interest. For that reason I have procured more model kits to extend that time on such pleasure.

Great products and always shipped quickly, despite troubles in their country.

UGEAR models are helpful by using my brain to solve problems

I have built many UGears models and have really enjoyed every one, they are the best. Having also built some from other manufacturers they are nowhere near up to the same standard. The die cutting is not as good and the wood not to the same standard. We should also remember that they have managed to keep going through a full scale war which is an amazing achievement on its own.

I have purchased almost all of your models, including the Disney ones. Rubber bands are a big problem. The non-mechanical models are not my favorite. I really like the mechanical models, which are very challenging to assemble. In order to finally make the immovable model move, it takes time to find the problem and solve it. Once the problem is solved and the model can move, it is very satisfying.
