Find a better delivery company

The website said I would receive my package 2 days after ordering it. I still haven't received it after almost 2 weeks. I check the fedex app almost everyday, it states I will receive my package on that specific day, and yet it's delayed everytime, it's been 7 times in total, 5 times back to back this week. Can't even call fedex because i only have the right to talk to an useless AI which won't redirect me to a human being. The best I could get from what looked like a human being was an email confirming that I would finally receive the package today, yet it's been delayed to monday. I can't be available everyday so if one day I get the chance to get my package delivered I might not be here and it will be delayed for I don't know how long. I've been waiting for too long and I'm not ready to wait for another week of fedex bullshit before getting refunded. You should find a company that actually cares about their delivery deadlines and customer service

I bought the new millenium falcon model and it's been a disaster from the start! Broken parts (and no - im not stopping for 2 weeks until a part is delivered).
Springs not working the gears. Parts not in alignment.
Its not the working item I bought for over £160!
Please don't fob me off with an automated response here!
I've waxed what needed waxing and rebuilt it 3 times in the hope of getting the moving parts to do what I expected them to.
Im now cancelling the last 2 pay in 3 payments and have requested a refund for the first £58. Why? Because it's not what I paid for.

Based on what photos and videos the we received from you via Facebook we recommend carefully checking the following steps in the manual:
1. Pages 14–16 — please make sure the spring and parts D1, D2, D3 are installed correctly.
2. Pages 71–74 and 78–87 — the parts must be installed strictly according to the metal alignment marks.

Gears are fantastic

Gears sent me, from the Ukrain, replacement parts for a model Clock. They sent them completely free of charge, I didn't even have to pay for delivery. What a fantastic Company. And the models are superb too.

If I could rate this company zero stars…

If I could rate this company zero stars I would!! My husband has recently found a love for building these and we have purchased a few from a hobby store close to us. So I ordered a few from the website during their black Friday sale. My purchase was completed on 11/21/2025 with a conformation email shortly to follow. I checked the tracking periodically excited for them to arrive as his christmas gift. On December 3rd I see they are in the United States but are waiting for customs clearance which is understandable. I get an email from FedEx on December 9th requesting additional information for my package to be released. I provided all information. December 16th the package is still sitting at FedEx, call them again and I am then informed that UGears has not responded to them with the requested information. December 23rd I email UGears inquiring about my package and get a response that they have contacted FedEx and I should wait 48 hours for the release of my package. At this point it is not arriving in time for a christmas gift. I wait the 48 hours and nothing has changed. Package is still sitting...... I email UGears and request a refund......silence!!! No response!!! I email again a few days later......NO RESPONSE!!! I call FedEx AGAIN they still have not heard from UGears regarding my package! I again provided the address for Ugears that they requested for the package to be released. As of today 1-9-2026 I have reached out to FedEx 6 times and emailed UGears 4 times and I still do not have my package (still sitting in customs) and no refund or response from UGears! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! Reference order #6396

We would like to inform you that your order is currently held at a FedEx facility for additional customs verification, which has resulted in a delay to the delivery.
Unfortunately, the customs clearance process is outside of our control, and we are unable to influence or expedite the processing time. That said, from the Ugears side, we have already provided all required documentation to the carrier in order to support and facilitate the clearance process. Once the shipment is released by customs, the tracking information will update accordingly.
