I ordered pendulum gear clock! Motor and/or circuit board do not work, and there is no on off switch. As advertised in pictures, completely disappointed crappy product looks like it was copied from rokrgeek. Trying to get my money back but I have a feeling. I am going to get screwed or give me one that is advertised. Right now does not deserve more than one star.

Missing parts in the kit. Contacted the company for replacement parts- they require you to pay for shipping again for their lack of quality control with their kit. It's now 2 weeks after contact and I had not heard from them regarding the missing parts. I contacted them again and they are just now are getting around to shipping the missing parts. Horrible quality control. Poor customer service.

Purchased the Dessert Atelier because I liked the various moving parts, plays music and lights up. Opened the kit; checked that all parts were included and began assembly. First thing to test was that the electronic parts worked for the lights, music and start/stop mechanism and they functioned. After testing, I proceeded to disconnect from the electronic board but the connectors are extremely difficult to remove from the board and one broke off. Contacted Wewowood for replacement and they would send the replacement parts but I would have to pay for the shipping costs. I informed them that the 3 major 3-d wood model kit makers never charged me shipping costs for replacements and they agreed to send and would cover shipping. That was issue #1; 2nd issue was parts were incompletely cut or missing openings for other pieces to fit into (e.g. part “O4” did not have openings for the sides M9 & M11 (sides that form the box for the start/stop button board). Sent email to Wewowood about this problem and another piece (“O8” wall piece that the stair steps also connects to) has an incomplete cut so unable to remove the insert out completely without breaking the piece. Also, inserting the coffee cups and dessert shapes into the cutouts on the black film strip was very difficult since the cuts at the base of each piece were too shallow and did not stay in place. I made deeper cuts on each side of the pieces to secure placement on the black plastic strips. I haven’t proceeded until I hear from Wewowood. So my kit sits unfinished and afraid I may find more issues. Hope not.

Purchased the gear clock. Could not get it to work.
Customer service was extremely time consuming, confusing, and described parts that did not exist.
After 2 weeks worth of back and forth emails, and major aggravation, it was easier to throw it in the garbage. Would not spend another dollar on any mechanical products from this company. Horrible experience!!!

Je voulais offrir cette maquette de voilier à mon père pour Noël. Il a plus de 70 ans et aime toujours les travaux difficiles. Je lui ai offert une maquette de bateau très détaillée. Je suis novice et ce n'était pas trop difficile à assembler, un peu long mais quelques heures en valaient la peine et il pensait qu'il serait capable de bien le finir.

J'ai acheté beaucoup de modèles en bois pour la maison, comparé au modèle d'armes à feu de sa famille est plus complet, pour les joueurs qui aiment collectionner les modèles d'armes à feu comme des ornements vaut la peine d'acheter des affaires, j'espère que dans le temps sur les nouveaux produits, tels que Barrett, Gatling et ainsi de suite.

A great seller, I haven't seen this stuff before, really different. Sent order next day and would buy from again!
