Quality products at affordable price. Much appreciation. My husband admired the gift I ordered here.

They have good products but their customer service is bad. Please improve your service to help and gain more customers.

Terrible customer service, the American branch is no longer carrying this product, the Australian branch are sooooo unhelpful. The product is junk, stay away at all costs!!! The watch face fell out, just fell out, junk.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My Brought their watch in November 2019. The hands inside the face broke off within a week!
I emailed their customer support to which they responded with an offer to purchase another watch for 50% off. Why in the world would I purchase another watch from them
When the first one broke within a week! Keep in mind , the watch was still within warranty.
I replied back asking for the manager since I was quite upset and then they offered to replace it. It still hasn’t been replaced yet. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails and have not heard back. Each time they respond , only a portion of the information that is necessary to exchange the watch is provided. It will be close to two months now and I still haven’t heard back as to when the replacement will be coming and where to ship back the defective watch.

It’s interesting their website boosts fabulous reviews but no where can you post a review on their site.

I was given a watch as a gift. The watch is tiny, so I tried to order extra links. After goofing around for 20 days and sending me two different shipping confirmations that never amounted to anything, they finally called me to tell me that the links were not available, and did not know if they would become available.

Because it was a gift, they told me that they could not take a return or exchange. Also, they could not take a return or exchange because it's outside of their return period, which is an absurdly short 14 days. They spent more time than that not shipping me the extra links.

DO NOT BUY FROM WEWOOD!

EDIT: They've also never returned the money I paid for the extra links I ordered (which were never shipped, because they were permanently out of stock). After several unanswered messages to their support team, I just disputed the charge through my credit card. Utterly ridiculous.

Not impressed with this company. Was originally so interested in the wood watches and how they plant a tree for every purchase. I ordered my watch, never got emailed an invoice and when i contacted customer service they just sent me the tracking number. Took 3 weeks to receive my package and actually got sent the wrong watch (wrong model AND wrong color).... So disappointing.

Honestly this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I feel like they are working out of a garage as they are not professional what so ever. I purchased my boyfriend a watch last year (hasnt even been a year) and the wewood logo fell off. So I emailed them because that is the only option they give you and nobody got back to me for 2 weeks. They told me they were trying to contact their parts department to see if they had the part available.. which they did not. I dont understand because the logo is on every single other watch and even the same watch in different colours... Then she tried to tell me there was nothing they could do and she would give me a discount for a new watch. Which is crazy because the watch was $200.00 and not even a year old. There is no other wear on it other than that falling off. Anyway, I finally got told they would replace the watch with a new colour because the one I purchased has been discontinued. Their emails to me are so brief and not professional at all. Then they want me to send the old one back and they will ship the new one. I just read other reviews that they shipped their old watch back and didnt hear from the company for weeks until they gave them bad reivews!! this is ridiculous. Any company should have the best customer care, that is what is most important. If I do get the new watch I will not be purchasing from this company again. They look like nice watches but are cheaply made.

I have 4 We Wood watches. I like them all very much. I will probably buy more in different styles. Love the watch band tool sent with the watches. I easily adjusted my wood bands to fit me. Love the unique look of wood.

Samantha was very accommodating, very kind and was on top of the interview. She was cordial and very professional with a wonderful sense of humor (very important in anything intimidating such as an interview). Very pleasant phone mannerism and she explained everything she was doing. Overall a pleasant experience

I ordered a watch for my son for Christmas. It was one of the sharpest I have ever seen. Uniquely designed at a reasonable price. I would order another one.

For as much as I've loved their product, I've been equally frustrated and turned off by their customer service. It really is a shame because I love the watch, but wood is more likely to break and it has been quite the task to get them to follow through on service and replacements. I have one watch that's been broken for over a year now because every time I've contacted them they said they'll get back to me and never do. I also bought a watch on sale and when trying to return it was told that the fine print on a contract said that if anything was purchased at the sale % off that I used or more it wasn't returnable. This was extremely hidden and unclear, and was a shame that the were willing to lose a customer over an $8 difference rather than work with them to make them as happy with their products as possible.
