Bought a watch and a gift for my husband and he loves it! He’s had it for about two years now and it’s still his favorite watch.

The product did not come as ordered. My personalized message was spelled wrong even though it was spelled correctly on my order. When I reached out to customer service, the agent was not very friendly and said I had to pay for shipping to return it so it could be redone. I didn’t think that was acceptable and finally had them pay for the label. They only sent me a new back piece that had the personalized message (spelled correctly) with no watch! When I called again, they still werent very helpful. When I got the new watch back, the message was then again misspelled! At this point, we were fed up so we kept the watch. The very next day, the face of the watch cracks internally. The watch was never dropped, smashed etc. The inside cracked. My boyfriend reached out this time and they sent a new watch with the same misspelled message. These watches cost a lot for being “one of a kind” and natural materials. I like that each watch you buy correlates to a new tree planted but I will never recommend this product going forward. This watch was a surprise for my boyfriend who was starting a new job with a higher title and I was really excited for him to have something different and personalized but the whole process with WeWood was awful.

Received a watch as a wedding gift and the pins bent and the strap fell apart when getting it sized have never found someone that can fix it. Brand new watch is a $300 paper weight. 👎

Great looking watch! The web site worked well. The service was great and the watchs arrived on time.

I love their product. They also stand behind everything. Had a small problem with one of the watches and WeWood had me send it in and fixed it quickly.

I would like to see bands that fix some of the common smart watches including iWatch and Fitbit.

I ordered a watch for my husband's birthday and I was so impressed with how perfect it was. The inscription was done just as I asked and the watch itself is beautiful. My husband loved it! I 100% recommend WeWOOD!

I own two of the beige natural alpha watches. And I get compliments ALL the time. Everyone love this watch. So do I!!!

I have never gotten to enjoy this product. The band was too big and requires a specific tool that costs an additional $10. Tried to order the link adjusting tool and it was out of stock. Watch has been sitting in a drawer ever since. It would have been better to charge an extra ten for the watch and include the tool with the initial purchase.

Very poor quality. The watch i purchased broke within days. I sent it back and it was repaired, only to break again within days. Both times the strap just spontaneously snaped and the watch fell off my husband's wrist. The second time was in the middle of a business meeting presentation, which was unpleasant and somewhat embarrassing. I complained again, but the company won't repair it anymore and won't refund the money. The product is clearly defective, but the company won't stand by it or make it right. Very disappointing.

Love your product and between my husband and I we have purchased 5 total watches. However, with my last order, there was a price discrepancy and I immediately emailed you guys and no one responded. Pretty disappointed considering we have purchased a lot.

Terrible customer service - never responded when I queried about a repair ( second hand had loosened and did not function) for the price that I paid I expected at least a return email/call. Nothing. Will never purchase from this company again.
