My wife has just come out of hospital after suffering a very bad attack of vertigo. While in hospital, it was also discovered that my wife has suffered from cerebral palsy since birth. This now explains why shy has such poor balance and has always required assistance to step off kerbs, walk on uneven ground and even generally bending about. After looking on the internet, I discovered the Trionic Veloped Sport walker. Stefan was excellent with his advice, as my wife is only a small person and he assessed her needs and advised, perfectly. The walker arrived on time, well packaged, easy assembly of the wheels and instructions are very easy to follow. Since receiving the walker, there is now no holding my wife. For the first time in 3 years, she has walked around our garden independently with no assistance from myself. Last Sunday, she even went on a long walk from our property and did get a little tired, but had a brief rest due to the seat on the walker, which is another bonus. Thank You Stefan and Johan, you have an excellent product and my wife and myself wish you every success for the future.

While looking for a new rollator to suit the rural area we live in, we came across the Trionic Veloped. After much help and guidance from Stefan we ordered the Tour model and were absolutely delighted when it arrived on the scheduled day. We immediately began to put it together following the very clear instructions in the box and it all went together very easily. We are very impressed with the quality of the materials and the engineering behind the design. We have used it every day since and it has fulfilled all our expectations and allowed us to walk safely and comfortably in our locality. We would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a similar product and we look forward to many more adventures as the summer approaches.

I don't normally write reviews, but wanted to say how grateful we are to have found the Trionic Veloped. Things were looking quite bleak until we found it. My husband has a rare degenerative condition similar to MND. He is tall and wants to remain as active as possible (he also needs to, as that is the only way to slow the deterioration), and the traditional flimsy walkers were unusable for him. The best one we found locally was more of a hindrance than a help. The wheels would spin on tiny little bumps and the narrow frame would trip him up. It was also utterly useless in wet weather. After a great deal of research, we invested in the Trionic walker. What a difference! He is now able to walk much more happily outside, on different surfaces and in all weathers. As a result, we have been able to spend much more time together as a family (we have a 5 year old). We always used to love walking in the countryside before the progression of his condition made it too hard, and so the Veloped has genuinely given us something very precious back that we thought was behind us. The care and attention to detail in the design are very apparent, as are the excellent quality materials used to make it. We were also very impressed by the customer care, as we were unsure which size and model to go for and we received very patient and detailed help so that we purchased the best one for us. There is nothing else like this product on the market. Highly recommended!

My Veloped Trek arrived yesterday. I couldn’t wait to try it out. Managed a good walk down to our village, up and down kerbs no problem at all. I have not been able to do that walk without severe pain for a few years. I feel liberated and can’t wait to go ‘off-road’ with it very soon. I have Spondylitis which has progressively limited my walking and could only get about with a stick. Now I have freedom! Excellent customer service, the Veloped was despatched and at my door within a week. Very well packaged and easy to get out of the box (well, easy for my husband!). Instructions are thorough and the quality of the Veloped is first class. I could go on and on, but I see from previous reviews it’s all been said. Without reservations I can say this product is worth buying.

My husband has osteoporosis of the spine. Purchasing the Trionic Veloped has made a wonderful difference to both our lives. My husband can now step out and walk in a much more upright position. I no longer have the anxiety that he may fall, or that we have gone too far. If he tires, he can sit. This also allows us to stop for a chat. It is such a well designed item. Everything has been designed to perfection. This Company gives a wonderful service, and we can’t thank them enough for the improvement to our quality of life.

I bought the Walker in November. It arrived on time. I am really delighted with it. The height suits me as I am just 5 feet. I had had a bad fall,and lost my confidence but with the Walker, this has been restored. I walk every day that weather permits. Other walkers stop with me to have a good look at the Walker. I am so pleased with my purchase, and can recommend the Walker and also the Company.

I suffer from Kennedys Disease and my Veloped Trek has been invaluable to me. I have used it daily for the past 9 months and it has opened up the countryside to me. The Trek is an exceptionally well designed machine that works effortlessly over rough ground. Furthermore it is light enough to lift easily into the car. It is expensive but has been, for me, worth every penny.

My Veloped arrived on time and in perfect condition, well packaged and easy to assemble. I am thrilled with it, makes walking so much easier and more comfortable than my old Walker. The company are friendly, efficient and made the whole ordering and choosing process easy. Can’t praise them highly enough.

I have recently purchased a Veloped Trek directly from Trionic and have been delighted with the process, and the product. Stefan at Trionic kept me updated about the shipping timescales and the Veloped arrived on time, with full, clear and easy to follow instructions. The Trek is a joy to use, and has enabled me to walk safely and confidently on grass and through woodland - something that was impossible with my old, conventional rollator. I wholeheartedly recommend Trionic and the Veloped - they have offered me an opportunity to enjoy again the activities that I had been deprived of by a neurological injury. My Trek feels less like a walking aid, and more like a trusted companion - I can now look forward to leaving the house and to enjoying the great outdoors!

I have recently purchased a Veloped Trek, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The advice and service were both first class, and the product is excellent. I have multiple sclerosis and walk with difficulty, aided by a cane or a wheeled walker. The Trek has opened up the trails and footpaths I used to walk before I was ill. It has so far navigated any hazard it has encountered, and I can walk far faster and further than with a cane. I cannot thank Trionic enough.

The Trionic 12er is a very stylish and sturdy successor for my husbands previous walker. It looks weightier in design than previous models but is in fact unbelievably light in handling. Its pneumatic tyres provide a very smooth walk and allow easy transition across small obstacles, which were previously impassable with other models .It has made exercising in the garden for 92 year old Harry using his new Trionic 12er now an absolute pleasure instead of an essential chore. He would highly recommend this walker as a potential upgrade.

I purchased the Veloped 12 (medium-size) after finding that a "normal" rollator would only work on nice, flat surfaces. I wanted to be able to take country and woodland walks and work in my garden. Stefan suggested that I buy the Tour, as I need to sit frequently, and the wider seat makes this more comfortable.

I can't begin to say how happy I am with my Veloped. It works on woodland walks and is not bothered by roots, small rocks and holes. In urban settings it goes up and down kerbs easily; force is not needed.

The seat is very comfortable, and it is incredibly easy to adjust the height of the grips. I pull them higher to walk, and let them down to form a backrest when I need to sit. The pneumatic tyres prevent jarring to my arms and give me a genuine feeling of stability. The brakes are powerful, but do not "grab". The parking brake is very easy to set and release.

The Veloped is a wonderfully well-engineered piece of equipment. As a retired engineer myself, I can appreciate what has gone into this wonderful design. It folds very easily, is light-weight, and is actually smaller, folded, than the rollator it has replaced.

It has truly given me the freedom to roam in the out of doors, and I have also realised that, with the seat down and the parking brake set, I can use it as a platform for sitting down to garden.

A beautifully designed and engineered product, and being so robust gives so much more confidence in comparison to lesser competitors. After a few months of lockdown I can now get the exercise I need - and really enjoying it.

It has been a couple of months now since I first got my veloped trek.

After a few weeks use my foot no longer hits the front wheel and the problem I had with navigating the unit in tight corners in the climbing mode has ceased. I suppose it was simply a matter of accustoming myself to the unit that resolved these matters. I now keep it in climbing mode both in and out of town and experience no difficulty of extra effort to maintain a straight track even on tight turns.

I bought a Veloped Tour (with 12-inch wheels) online from Trionic in May 2020 for my 86-year old father. To everyone’s delight, my father was immediately able to walk much faster, much further, and much more easily than before.
One of the specific difficulties had been the very uneven ground all around my parents’ house, especially gravel paths. Trying to go for a walk on gravel with a “conventional” rollator was very hard work and very frustrating. In contrast, the Veloped has been able to handle rough terrain with ease, right from the first outing. My father finds it extremely easy to use and to push, and can now walk without stopping for an astonishing long time. Instead of being confined to the small patio/terrace by the house, he can now go and explore all around.
When I asked my father for his review, his comments were, “everyone admires the design”, “easy and pleasant to use”, “a quality product”, “easy to fold” (and easy to squeeze to make it go through narrow doors). As an engineer, my father especially admired the design of the brakes. He asked whether the Veloped could be turned into a wheelchair (it can't), but I suspect this is because he can now walk much further than before, and maybe would rather not have to walk all the way back! Maybe this is an idea for the “next generation” of Velopeds? In the meantime, my father uses the seat when he needs to rest, and finds it quite comfortable.
My father also mentioned that he would have appreciated a small (bicycle) pump as part of the package, in case the tires need to be inflated. However, this has not been an issue so far (and pumps are readily available from other family members, or I believe as a separate accessory from Trionic).
Overall, I am thrilled to see the immediate positive difference that the Veloped has made in my father’s life. I feel the Veloped is allowing my father to rediscover his adventurous self, and enabling him to “boldly go where no rollator has gone before”!
I would like to add that it has been a pleasure to communicate with Trionic (Stefan), who have always responded to my enquiries (by phone or email) with speed, technical knowledge, and efficiency. At first I thought Trionic were not responding to emails, but their initial responses had been misdirected to my “junk” mail.
One last comment: the Veloped was delivered to Belgium by UPS (courier service), which allows package tracking and should normally result in prompt delivery. However, my parents’ house is a bit hard to find, and in the end my family had to collect the 18kg box from the UPS distribution centre. So if you place an order, I would suggest including plenty of details to help UPS find the delivery address for this very special package.

I purchased a Veloped Trek with 14 inch wheels. The delivery was prompt and it was well packed. The assembly was simple. I have used the Veloped in different surfaces grass, rough tracks, paths through a wood. I have a balance problem and it has made it possible for me to walk off road for the first time in 2 years

My Trionic Trekker 12 came yesterday and within 5 minutes had it’s wheels on, a bottle of water in the basket and we were on our first walk off pavement in over 10 years ...wonderful! There were flowers, painted stones someone had left for others to find, and lots of coyote scat. This morning I was on the trail early to explore the nearby wetland preserve. The Trionic functioned beautifully. The dried mud was deeply rutted in some places and the front wheels just found their way among the ruts. Meticulous people design. No problem from my lumbar spinal stenosis, no numb hands, and the old knees were happy. 5.5 miles around the preserve which rather amazes me since without a walker I can only go about 150 feet until pain from the LSS stops me. BTW last night I loaded up the packs with my old ultralight backpacking gear, about 25 pounds worth, to see if I was really going to get backpacking again. Yes!
Whoever packed it for shipping had attached the accessories I ordered and the bags that come with the Trionic Trekker are perfect for my gear.

In these difficult times I just wanted to say thank you to Trionic for safe delivery of my sturdy Trionic Veloped sport brought to me on time by UPS. The Veloped is an excellent product. I am delighted with it. It helps me get round my garden, field, and up my gravel and cobblestone drive. We do not have a small dog to sit in the front pouch, but find it useful to carry our pre lunch sherry to a seat in the sun!

Wir haben den Walker 14" gekauft, weil wir als alte Wanderer und Bergsteiger gerne in der Natur unterwegs sind. Auch Kopfsteinpflaster ist besser zu bewältigen. Das Ruckeln belastet Arme und Gelenke wesentlich weniger als mit Standard-Rollatoren.

Der Walker gibt bei Gangunsicherheit wieder Sicherheit, so dass mein Mann wieder unbeschwert gehen und aufsehen kann, statt sich auf jeden Schritt zu konzentrieren. Wir haben nun wieder die Mobilität für kleinere Wanderungen zurückgewonnen.

Ein tolles durchdachtes Produkt. Nur sollte der Rollator in der Verpackung abgepolstert werden, da er bei Ankunft schon erste Scheuerstellen hatte.
