Die "Kid's Aktiv Chelsea Winter" waren jetzt für mich das 3. Paar Stiefel innerhalb von 4 Jahren.
Ich habe Größe 35 und war froh, diese warmen und sehr bequemen Stiefel gefunden zu haben, da ich jeden Tag bei jedem Wetter mit dem Hund unterwegs bin.
Vorgestern hab ich festgestellt, dass jetzt auch das 3. Paar kaputt ist, obwohl ich regelmäßig Rubber Care verwendet habe. Wieder mal Risse im vorderen Bereich. Wieder mal undicht. Wieder mal nach weniger als 1 Jahr.
Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, trotz dieser ganzen negativen Bewertungen, dieses Produkt weiterhin zu einem nicht gerade kleinen Preis zu verkaufen.
Für mich waren es definitiv die letzten TRETORN, was ich eigentlich sehr schade finde.

Die Antwort auf meine Bewertung ist ebenfalls eine Unverschämtheit. Was denken Sie sich eigentlich, so mit Ihren Kunden umzugehen? Fühlen Sie sich in irgendeiner Weise verantwortlich für die fehlerhafte Ware, die Sie verkaufen? Oder ist grundsätzlich bei Ihnen der Kunde Schuld? Mal ist es das Gummipflegemittel, das nicht verwendet wird, mal die falsche Nutzung.
Ich denke ernsthaft darüber nach, dieses Geschäftsgebahren öffentlich zu machen.

We would however like to clarify that the Aktiv Chelsea Winter is a children’s boot, designed and developed specifically for children’s use and level of wear. Use outside of the intended target group may affect both durability and overall lifespan of the product over time.

Great customer service and great quality products. I recently purchased a bag that had a small defect and Tretorn promptly responded and sent a new one (plus I didn’t have to return the original). Just amazing. Love the products and the best costumer care around. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible quality!
I bought 2 pairs of Tretorn Kase Hybrid. They look really nice but their soles basically started disintegrating after a couple months of usage.
I complained to customer service, they just said it was just "normal wear & tear".

I contacted Tretorn about a pair of their boots which had incurred some damage - they immediately offered me a replacement pair or a full refund - I opted for a replacement pair which I received two days later - VERY impressed...

Tretorn Terrain
Tretorn Terrain. Sämsta stöveln. Har nu reklamerat 2 ggr . Stövlarna spricker i gummit. Höll 2 år båda gångerna. Fick nya efter första reklamationen men som tyvärr också bara höll i 2 år. Reklamerat igen och väntar svar från Widforss där jag köpte dem.
Mycket snabbt svar från Tretorn och från Widforss som ersätter stövlarna.

Zum zweiten Mal habe ich Tretorn…
Zum zweiten Mal habe ich Tretorn Gummistiefeletten gekauft, da diese Stiefel super bequem sind.
Nun ist auch dieses 2. Paar undicht, obwohl sie nicht so oft getragen wurden.
Schon das erste Paar hatte Risse bekommen.
Bei Gummistiefel für fast 120 € erwarte ich eine andere
Qualität. In Zukunft nur noch Billigvarianten, die aber leider nicht so bequem sein werden. Schade.
Habe vom Versender den Hinweis bekommen, dass Naturkautschuk eingefettet werden muss....

Köper aldrig mer tretorns gummistövlar. Första paret gick sönder efter 4 månader andra paret efter 9 månader. De spricker och läcker in vatten. Förr var de lika med kvalité, nu är de made in China...

Faulty Ankle Wellies
I have only given one star because I do like the design and I do love Scandinavian products.
I have purchased 2 pairs of Tretorn ankle wellies (sadly, or stupidly because they fit so well I never kept the receipts of both pairs) over the last 18 months and both pairs have split on the seams. I only take a size 36 shoe size. They split after about 6 months each one. Tretorn will not take any responsibility and just tell me to contact the retailer I purchased them from. I have since read other people have encountered this fault. I won’t be buying this brand again unfortunately.

We always want our products to meet expectations, so we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As the boots were purchased through a retailer, the complaint process is normally handled by the store where the purchase was made as they manage warranty claims directly.
If the receipt is no longer available it may sometimes be possible for the retailer to locate the purchase through a bank transaction and assist further.

Bad quality (bought them twice)
Two times I bought an expensive pair of Tretorn shoes (different models) and both pairs got broken real fast. Rubber is coming loose, seams coming apart. When I went back to the store with the first pair, the person helping me wasn't surprised, they told me about Tretorns being returned all the time. Altough I love the way they look, I would never recommend buying those shoes

Defect after few months
I bought a pair of Blasia Boots in October 2025. They are very comfortable to walk in, but unfortunately (despite the high price) they already broke a few weeks ago. On both boots, there are small cracks on top of the foot, near the toes where the boot bends. In addition, the sole is leaking somewhere. The sole absorbs water, and when I walk it sounds as if a little chick is squeaking inside. Such a shame for the money I spent.
