Warning, we had a terrible experience with this company, they collect all your card and personal details and promise flights that cannot be delivered on. I suspect that they are not even travel agents but are collecting client details by offering tickets they cannot deliver on.

Travel makers are now sending
threatening texts. That I I have to r move the comments before they refund my 2550£ For air tickets.peple this is SCAM COMPANY. Been asking my Air tickets It's now 2 weeks.Fake screen shot for my refund was sent to me yesterday at 8:50 pm by this company claiming had sent my 2550£ on my account. Guess What No money I called 10 :30!am as usual terminating my calls at last rose received my call ' put me on hold to discuss another scam lie to tell me . She came back saying the same thing said the week wait 2hrs money will show on your count.it will never be well with your household there will thick cloud of misery sorrow and suffering . The pain you have caused to my family let be transferred to your interior families in abundance you scammers . People I have taste the pain they have caused on my twins . Please think before you use this company. The only Jamaican nick who was honest left the company . They will tell you lots of names but he will be same person telling you nick is out call back. They have Indian Accent. Watch out. Pls record every conversation with this people. Insist using a credit card. They got angry when I told them am using my credit card but because I had already put 1250£for tickets I had to use debt card.Morris is a SNake. Am not scared of you scammers your days are numbered . TOGETHER WE CAN FIGHT FRAUD .

I bought a ticket from August 2018 to travel in December 2018 From MORRIS for myself and 2 children to travel to Nigeria for my dads surprise birthday which i organised. Due to the drone activity in Gatwick the flight was cancelled and the airline was unable to rebook us for another flight. The airline told us to call the travel agent to request our refunds and it will take 3 working days to process. I informed Morris and he confirmed that he will which he did.. I Had to buy another ticket for double the price to go to Nigeria. On my arrival back i called morris to ask for an update of my refund but was told the airline has not paid back my refund and the airline told them it will take 6 weeks... I called the after 6weeks and the date i was given by morris but was given another excuse... this prompted me to call the airline and the airline told me my refund has been paid back to them.. since then i have been given different excuses by Morris or his colleagues....At some point when i call they either tell me Morris is not on sit or he is on the phone and he will call me back which he never does. The latest excuse i got from Morris was that they filed a law suit against the airline and his manager has gone for the hearing in Casa blanca and will be back within a week. I called back after a week but i was told morris is not available . I was transferred to Jay who said they have just got a date for a hearing... which is different from what morris said...UP TILL DATE 5/4/2019 I STILL HAVENT GOT MY REFUND AND ITS 4MONTHS NOW..... I AM STARTING TO BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM AND GETTING DEPRESSED.. PLS INVESTIGATE THIS.... GIVE ME MY REFUND THATS ALL...

Never ever try to inquire on this company! worst costumer service and very rude attitude!!! Never put deposit in as well as they will con you. Never believe the prices being posted on their site as its is a trap. Guys I'm here to let everyone be aware of this scam. don't be the next victim!

This travel agent completely messed up a friend and they never offered any form of compensation or an apology.

On the 30th October 2018, she decided to book a plane ticket to Ghana for the 22nd December 2018.

She contacted them on 30th oct 2018, enquiring about their ticket deals to Ghana and I spoke to a gentleman named Sam.

He offered her a ticket with Air France at the cost of £831.55p, which she accepted via email and proceeded to make payment.

A week after making payment, she finally received her Eticket via email. However, she received an email from Jay on the 29th November 2018(a month after) and they gave her the most ridiculous explanation. They stated her ticket had been cancelled due to credit fraud suspect.

Both credit card company and airline company confirmed the information this travel agents have given was incorrect.

The reason her ticket got cancelled was due to the travel agents not making the payment to the Airline in time. She confronted the travel agents with this new piece of information but they completely denied it and lied.

However, they reiterated they were happy to put her on (TAP Portugal) airline for the same dates at an additional cost of £50. She wasn't happy as she's already had a bad experience with that airline in the past and made mention of it to this travel agents. It was a bit too late and she had no choice but agreed and made payment.

Once again, a new Eticket was issued to her on the 13th December 2018, 2 weeks after payment was made. Bearing in mind she had to constantly chase this up.

She thought that was the end of her terrible experience with the “thetravelmakers”, Unfortunately I was wrong.

A day before she she was due to travel to Ghana, she tried to check in online and to her horrible surprise she had no reservation with the airline.

She called to inform them and once again, Jay who is meant to be the supervisor was full of excuses to give. At one point he told his colleagues not to transfer the call to him. She received no apology or remorse from anyone in the office, they where all vey rude and abrupt. They said they would refund her money in full and that’s all they can do for her.

Her original date of travel to Ghana was for the 22nd December 2018. But here she was on the 21st December stuck with no ticket and considering it was almost Christmas and ticket prices had doubled up in prices.
She was left with no option than to book directly with another airline and I had to pay 4x the price she would initially have paid, should the travel agents have not messed her up.

To make matters worse, she had to continuously chase them for that refund and sadly she ended up spending Christmas day in the Air traveling to Ghana.

I have booked my own tickets as well for family for this year 2018 and dealt with Morris.

He is prompt and reliable. Efficient and always available via website or Watsapp. I have left messages and he always calls me back to resolve an issue like a missed flight!.
I would recommend Travelmakers.

This is the worst company I have ever come across. I had a transaction with them and after all agreed and consented to an email was sent immediately for a deposit which was agreed on and paid at the right and agreed time. 2 weeks after payment I was chasing the people with phone up and down for planned action as agreed on, ticket confirmation to be precise. I was told the team member I transacted with was not in for several times and days. I requested to speak to the manager was told that the manager was busy after 3 attempt and that he will call back but all in vain. 16 days after the initial payment I called like 4 times before the ticket confirmation was done. I now called to balance up the payment with credit card but they declined saying the manager declined payment with a credit card, they have forgotten that it was in part of the terms of condition sent to me by email that you could pay with credit card , all evidenced. They were quite rude and deceitful on price again . After the initial payment they said the price had gone up and I refused to pay any addition to the price agreed upon. Not until I agreed to pay a little extra pound to the agreed price before the confirmation was done. This is unbelievable of a company like this. I CAN NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. NEVER!!!!!!!!

I have recently booked tickets for July with travelmakers. It has been a good experience. Morris has been very helpful, co-operative and understanding during the booking process.we r now looking forward to a great holiday.

IT WAS AMAZING! They got me one of the cheapest flights! It was excellent service the best I've used. I am soo happy. They follow thing up quickly and they always get back to you unlike other travel agencies.AMAZING!!! I can not fault them ☺️

this summer we booked tickets with a travel agent called Nick. Nick helped us book the tickets and it was very flexible. He was very kind and he's got good customer care. We came back to England with no trouble. thanks very much Nick for the help and good work.
