Luckily my bank declined the transaction. This company is a scam.

If i could do negative number, I would. Scammers. Do not trust hang up. They swindled one of my blind clients over 1500.00 reported company to consumer affairs (justice dept in NH) and BBB.

Called a few hours ago Thursday 1/26/23 to book a flight to Ecuador. Didn’t receive any tickets . Called to see what’s going on
they couldn’t book because the price changed . To $400 more 😡

Fraud, Scan. They charged 1 341$ on my credit card and their is NO plane ticket ! They even gave me a Air Canada confirmation number so I could verify and all was good but the next day the charges were on my credit card but when I called back Air Canada Travel Makers canceled the reservation ... Scan very well organized.

They're a huge lier. They told me my flight is confirmed and provided me with all the flight details which was a month before my flight. However just 6 hours before tlmy flight takeoff they tell that the flight is cancelled even though the flight status was ON Time & when I showed the flight iternary at the airport ,the airport authority told that PCM travels didn't confirm my flight nor did they communicated with the airlines regarding a flight for me.
So highly request people to stop trusting the PCM Travel Makers especially while booking any flights. This was for a flight from the US to India and from India to the US

DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS AN ELABORATE SCAM. I WAS DUE TO TRAVEL TO NZ TODAY - RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM WHILST IN THE CHECKIN QUEUE TO SAY AIRLINE HAD CANCELLED BOOKING DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES AND THAT THEY WOULD ISSUE A REFUND WHICH IS HILARIOUS AS I'LL NEVER SEE THAT REFUND!! THE AIRLINE SAID THE BOOKING WAS A FARCE - the booking ref allows you to access the airline online to book seats etc. but the ticket doesn’t drop - i.e. align to the relevant status - it should read ‘EK Open’ or ‘EK status’. SO you think you are flying with say Emirates but you are not! I was supposed to be in NZ to get married - I am in shock and €2.5k lighter in the pocket. THIS IS AN INDIAN CALL CENTRE - THEIR AGENTS USE NICE MIDDLE CLASS NAMES LIKE RUSSEL JONES. REPEAT DO NOT USE. THE REVIEWS YOU CAN SEE WITH 5 STARS ARE ISSUED BY THEM - THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE LINES EITHER. When I questioned the Emirates Controller at the departing Airport I was informed that Travelmakers had made the booking via GOL LINHAS AEREAS S.A. and issued it out of Madrid but then had me 'supposedly' travelling back to Sao Paolo in Brazil!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. PAY NO HEED TO THEIR WEB SITE EITHER - IT LOOKS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE BUT IT ISN'T - THE OFFICE ADDRESSES DONT EXIST, THE PHONE LINES ARE RARELY ANSWERED AND WHEN THEY ARE THEY HANG UP AND REFUSE TO ANSWER ANY FOLLOWUP CALL. WHEN YOU TRY TO MESSAGE THEM ON THIER IT STATES IT ALLOWS 13 CHARACTERS IN THE MESSAGE BOX - IT DOESN'T ALLOW ANY CHARACTERS. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO IATA AND HAVE SENT IATA THE PRINTOUT OF THE 'SUPPOSED' TICKET AND ROUTE. THERE IS ALWAYS A TRAIL - TRY AND FOLLOW IT - THIS IS DIRECTED TO ALL THE OTHER FOLK WHO THIS COMPANY HAS SCAMMED.

They also did the same thing with me - advertise at one price - give you the flight details and then tell you it’s not available and offer more expensive options.

Total scam. I booked a flight. Was called a few days later telling me that flight was cancelled due to the fact that it was booked as stand by and that wa no longer an option.They tried to supposedly find another flight for me but wanted to charge me a lot more. I did not do that and told them to cancel my flight.
The next day I received an email confirmation for the original flight. I got a call saying my ticket was processed and I have a ticket for that original flihght. I got a call and the man sais none of the info told to me was true and I still have a flight that will be charged to me. Meanwhile I booked another flight thinking mine was cancelled. Total scam Do not use this company.

They are a scam. they book a ticket after 5 days I called the airline, and they said the ticket is canceled as a travel agent has never paid for the ticket. also, they said they have just created a dummy ticket. Now Agent is not refunding my money.

Total scam - using their search engine get you prices. And then when you try to get a confirmed price for your tickets, it has doubled close to tripled.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Do not book anything with these scumbags, complete scam! Not a real company!

con esta agencia de viajes que se hace llamar Thetravelmakers.co son estafadores juegan con tu dinero con falsas promesas de entrega de itinerarios, precios etc.
Casi caigo en la trampa de ellos.
Gracias a que tuve el apoyo de mi banco pude bloquear mi tarjeta!!

Total fraud!!! Avoid this website, I tried to buy two tickets with this agency and ended up losing all my money!! SCAMMERS!!

I generally don’t provide review, I got the cheapest tickets for a last minute trip for this agency. I was totally skeptical, not only because of the price but also of some other negative review. Up until when I got a ticket issued by Delta Airline, I remained skeptical until when I was actually onboard.
So, yes, these folks are legit, they were friendly, and sounds too good to be true. No disappointments, just what I was promised!!
So, I will be using them again.
