they wouldn't provide their names or office location, we've contacted the director via linkedin.
we will not stop until we get our money back.

Absolute scam! I booked a holiday through wowcher, TBH it looked too good to be true so I took extra insurance out through wowcher. You have to redeem your voucher to speak to the travel makers, when I did I found it would be 12 hours travelling from Manchester to lake garda (should be 2.5 hours). I told them this wasn't acceptable so they found a direct flight, which would cost me double to an airport further away, which would have a £180 transfer cost. I was promised a call back with alternative holidays, that never happened. When I called back and spoke to "Dean" definitely not his real name they're in India he had made no effort to find another holiday and I had to go over everything again. When I asked why I didn't get a call back I got 5 minutes of sarcasm! I have asked for a refund and been told I can't have one as I've redeemed the holiday, this has apparently been escalated to a manager, but I've been waiting a week for a call back. I've sent emails/WhatsApp messages to travel makers and wowcher. Wowcher don't want to know, they tell me to contact travel makers. I've now paid for another holiday through a proper travel agent, but I'm out of pocket for this one! I've tried to cancel through wowcher, using the extra insurance I paid for but they say its redeemed so I can't, they really have you trapped!!!

I booked a weekend trip to Malta via wowcher. At £130 each. It's crazy that you're forced to redeem the voucher to be able to receive a phone call from the travel makers. It sounded like the agent was half asleep in India somewhere. They offered me under 40 hours in Malta with 16 hours of travel with a stop over in Frankfurt both ways. When I said this was unacceptable they offered me an alternative departing and arriving to different airports for and extra £350. I stated this wasn't going to work and I couldn't change my dates.

Both the travel makers and wowcher haven't been helpful in offering me a refund. Wowcher keep referring me to the travel makers and the travel makers state I have accepted a credit note. Which I haven't. I have received no correspondence from the travel makers. I've now been at a stalemate with them for about a week. After they offered me a full refund over the phone and have now backtracked.

Please don't book with these criminals.

If I could give minus stars I would. Absolute scammers! Ordered through wowcher - tried to give me a 3 hour flight to Dublin from Manchester! Then tried to charge three times the amount of the flight for a direct. I asked for a refund and refused. SPoke to several people - one was called Sonika. Said i would be refunded on numerus occasions. Haven't. Been going on since December 16th and still nothing. Wowcher whatsapp - totally unhelpful!

Awful, awful company. I booked through Wowcher who don't tell you who you will be booking with. I booked on Boxing Day, I then found them on Trustpilot and saw the reviews and asked for a refund 24 hours later, they told me it non-refundable and I explain that it is and I have not booked anything with them. I have spoken to them multiple times and they always ask why I want my money back, I tell them every time it's because of the 1.4 star reviews and I always get back "ma'am, we have 4.5 stars". Well, show me the 4.5 star customer service because it's now 27 January, I have been fighting to get my £270 back which has put me in debt. I have spoken with Elijah, Sonja and Clive (or something to that effect) who is meant to be their supervisor and each time they say it's non-refundable and eventually they say I will get it. I've been promised multiple dates that I will get this back
Wowcher are about as useful as a chocolate teapot to support because you have to go through WhatsApp to be able to get any support. They ignored me for about two weeks and then get the TravelMakers to call me who got Elijah to call, who denied having ever spoken to me even though I have his name in an email (which they never responded to) and they promise call backs which they never do. I have been very patient and I finally lost it on Friday and I was told I wasn't listening to him (Elijah) and I'm just shouting at him, well of course I fecking am! This is beyond ridiculous.
I have been promised the money will be in my account today by Clive and if not, I'm calling the police.

Very bad experience I book tickets from this company they first taken 1025 pound after 2 days demand more money 225 then they confirmed my ticket that time I busy in work I have no options but now I complain

Absolute scammers! When I was transferred to another customer instead of the manager, I advised them not to book with that company because the hotel you book through wowcher is never available. When I called back and spoke to a manager we were going back and forth and I told him the price was too expensive and I wanted a refund he yelled why didn’t I ask for a discount before? Wowcher and the company also known as PMC will be reported. Looks like Wowcher has parted ways with them too!

Arguably the most challenging experience in recent years in terms of customer service.

Booked via Wowcher at a reasonable price and would have been a slight saving on what I could have achieved in the time I had spare. All good until the first call - "Unfortunately the deal you have paid for isn't available......" you know the rest.

30 minutes later, I was still trying to explain to the customer advisor that I didn't want to go on another date to another place for an additional £79pp.

Several calls later with a "Manager" who missed numerous scheduled call backs, he confirmed that he was able to get me to the original destination with the same flights but a better hotel for only £59pp extra, which reduced to £29pp extra after 20 mins of "negotiation" - it was at this point that I was advised that at this price, they were making a loss. Absolutely ridiculous.

On day 14 I requested a refund which should have landed on 26/12 however this was not processed allegedly until 30/12 - we shall see whether this is received or not.

Ultimately, booked the flights via easyjet and a much better hotel via booking.com for around £10 more overall.

I would not purchase from this business, direct or through Wowcher.

I too booked a 2 day break in Prague feb 5th 6.5 hour wait a Frankfurt wait for it flight times given don’t exist lucky bought from credit card so in dispute.
Wowcher will never buy from you again as you use scam companies in India

Never Again!! You can get a holiday including other facilities/amenities for a lot less than what they offer, they start of with an attractive price, (i booked through Wowcher), then take so much more with ridiculous additional costs. I checked straight after on sky scanner, and the flights were alot cheaper, the hotel (for the same nights was offering alot more amenities, better rooms) and airport transfer, all for a lot less.

They contact you until they get the payment, and then never respond, I emailed and called so many times to complain about the ridiculous overcharge, and was being passed from one person to the other, being left on hold for so long and then never resolve the issue, then be told they'll call back and they never do!! I wanted to cancel and check if i could get a refund and was told 'no'. After which, I was promised something complimentary and I kept on checking for updates and kept being told, it's ok you have plenty of time before you travel, waited for 2 months and called so many times, to just be told, 3 days before travelling (with me following them up, as someone lied again, saying theyll call me back, never did!) that, I won't be getting anything and that no one promised anything, that im lying, and, kept on being told 'ma'am we provided you the best offer' also speaking very rudely, patronising and lying.

Terrible customer service, nothing is kept on record, every time you call, for updates on an issue you've raised, or details of flights, no one has a clue! Maxwell, said i won't get anything, until I said I want to complain and write a review and he said we'll see what we can do or give you a refund now, just a couple of days before travelling... and obviously did nothing! Not once did they respond by email or call back all lies.

Honestly, and trust me save your money save the rudeness and terrible service and do it yourself, it's alot less hassle and cheaper you doing everything separately yourself!!

I booked a holiday last week i needed sorting beforw tomorrow.

They're con artists.

Still no booking!!

Wowcher haven't helped.

All I've had is the initial call and they try to con you out of loads extra.

The five star reviews on this page have to be fake. I cannot see another logical reason for them.

So I booked a wowcher deal which for four nights in Malta in a four star hotel with transfers travelling from London for £119 per person. Great!

Took two days of constant phoning a London number but getting a call centre in India only to be told each time that the person dealing with my booking was on another call and they’d call me back within the hour. That never happened so I put through a cancellation request.

Then they spring into action - I have Maxwell, Daniel and Peter ( All very English sounding names for people working in Delhi but all the same they were nice enough ).

Flights ended up being out of Stansted and into Gatwick with a two hour stop over in Lisbon. Obviously this isn’t suitable and that’s what they want as they then sell you better flights for more money. This trip, which was meant to be a cheap getaway which started at £119 each has now cost over £500

Flights purchased , no tickets , airline confirms no booking , no refund . Having to reclaim the funds via my bank . Disgusting human beings operating out of India

Wish I’d found this trustpilot when I was looking for one for Travelmakers! Much the same as all the reviews here!

Purchased vouchers for a specific destination on specific dates through Wowcher and they are unable to fulfill. The only way I was able to find out was by redeeming these vouchers. They are providing alternative destinations that each cost more money than I originally paid, meaning I must pay extra to use a voucher I have already paid for. I’m now on day 4 of trying to talk to a “manager”, who conveniently is busy whenever I chase the call backs I should have received. If the price seems too good to be true, probably is! Just don’t even entertain Travel Makers! Save your hard earned money. If minus stars could exist, that’s what I’d be providing!

Found myself paying £174 more for a weekend away then if I book myself. Booked though Wowcher only to be charged £210 extra. By this company when booking what a con.

they did post a link to their customer services which I could not find. I have left a message on their web site.

Wish there was a no STAR. Cheaps and scammers. Booked a ticket to say on hold pending. Really as you pay online the moment the fee is taken the seat/ ticket is yours. Waited over an hour for someone to call me back. Eventually spoke to someone to say that ticket had gone but we have on for a higher price. How can it be gone an hour ago and different price now. CHEATS CHEATS CHEATS. 🖕🤜🖕🖕

They are just scammers, just like another big scammer, MyHolidays.com, who steals money by selling faked e-tickets. Total criminals!

If you read this company's positive reviews, you'll know that they all sound the same, a group of no more than 4-5 stupid criminals who kept writing the same stuff, in order to cheat and get more innocent people cheated.

Don't buy anything from them, or you will later regret for the money you lost for a faked air ticket!!!

Totally do not recommend, they committed to providing air tickets following payment (promotional fare, pending bulk issuance).
The company parent name : PCM Travels UK Ltd and other companies previously set up, including The Travel Makers and TravelnSave - all registered at address : 24 Market Square, Hemel Hempstead, Herts., HP1 1ER, which appears not to exist.
