A GREAT WARNING "DON'T TRY TO BOOK ANYTHING ON THIS SITE".Everything is very suspicious! And if you see where they have affiliated agency, like in Rome, you will soon understand .My experience regarding this agency is easy to explain. Suspiciously,after entering the flight details, i was asked for credit card number. After entering those numbers , FOR THE FIRST TIME AND ONLY ONCE with a debit card with 1 euro of credit, and email, I exit the site. After some minutes I received an email written in spanish....from India....., coming from a company supposed to be in Usa....With an office in Rome like a garage!....But the best has to come. 3 days back I was warned by a security debit card message, someone tried to operate with my debit card .The only one I gave my debit card number was on this fake site.SO BEWARE !!!!!

LO CONSIDERO UNA ESTAFA, he comprado tiquete con ellos el 31 de marz, de Colombia para el 14 de abril, el pago fue al instante, pero mi tiquete no llega, desde la semana pasada les escribo todo los días y me dicen que dentro de 24 horas me dan el dinero, en esas llevo casi 10 dias a la fecha. ya no responden llamadas ni correos.. $4.221.000 perdidos

Por favor no compren con esta empresa, se hacen llamar tambien Fly cheapest online y Private Low Fares. Los tiquetes jamás llegan al correo y no devuelven el dinero. No caigan, es un fraude.

They give you good deal but at the end they won't cooperate of anything goes wrong. They purposely makes mistakes in your booking and then they won't let you change by yourself. Finally they will cancel your booking and ask for difference to pay for new booking. They have English names but they are all Indians and scammers. Don't let your self get into this trap. I have experienced this before thats why I am writing a review. It is always better to book from other authentic websites. They take payment in dollars but transaction will be done in different countries like Australia and Mexico. So your card information spreads everywhere. Even you will get charged for those payments. They charged me 65$ for international transaction. They didn't even inform me about it. They gave me so much trouble for name and birthdate correction as well as for refunds. They do not give any refunds. So do not book from them.

Después de haber hecho mi última opinión se comunicaron conmigo diciendo que mi dinero de rembolso está es continental travels al acercarme a la agencia no está el dinero , mi último vuelo que tenía de regreso a Peru mágicamente desaprecio y no hay ningún número de ticket que ellos me dieron . Luego me dicen que es una contraseña la cual cuando llamo ni me contestan el que me atendió fue el joven Michael R que hasta el momento no responde las llamadas ni me explica bien el caso realmente decepcionada del servicio por favor si alguien más sabe donde me puedo quejar háganme saber

Travelmakers are frauds. DON'T ever book air tickets from them.

Travelmakers (thetravelmakers.co.uk) or Worldclasstravels (worldclasstravels.co.uk) or PCM Travels UK Ltd, all are the same.

In Feb 2020, just before lockdown, I booked 2 airtickets in Travelmakers website to travel from London heathrow to Bangalore via Germany. The ticket was for Lufthansa airlines to travel on July 2020.

While booking, the Travelmaker's website showed lesser price. But after paying the amount online for 2 return tickets, I got a call within few minutes from Travelmakers. A lady named SYLVIA spoke and said that the ticket price is increased and that the price shown in the website is old. She demanded more money per ticket, or else I will endup losing £100 per ticket as penalty. Finally I had to pay £1478 for 2 tickets, about £300 more than the price shown initially in their website.

Due to lockdown, the flights were cancelled. I called them and spoke to their manager, JAY RODGERS. He confirmed over phone and over email that I will be able to rebook the tickets anytime in next one year.

When the flights were open in Oct 2020, I used one of the tickets to travel and requested for the other tickets to be refunded. JAY RODGERS agreed that they will refund £420 in next 12-14 weeks. One year has passed since then and neither Jay is picking any calls nor replying to my emails.

I just want the promised refund amount £420 back.

I am cheated by Travelmakers/PCM Travels UK Ltd. I recommend none to take any service from these guys.

Note : I am sure JAY RODGERS & SYLVIA are not the real names. They may have assumed new names now to fool customers. They are actually Indians with good English accent. They have taken English names to fool the customers.

I am highly dissatisfied with the services Travel makers are giving. I want to give negative minus five stars but there is no option for that.
No doubt they are giving cheap tickets but it is coming at high risk. Let me explain my experience. My nube agent was "Rick Jones". I booked my flight from Canada to India they offered a cheap ticket but I had to cancel my ticket before 3-4 days of travel and guess what my agent was acting weirdly. On Saturday he said his finance person is not there and On Sunday he did not respond and Monday he was unreachable. I sent him 5 emails and tried to reach via general number 7 times. But as usual, he did not respond via email but when I tried to reach via the general Travel makers number, another agent said he is in the office but busy he will pass my message. After one hour no call or any message then I called again other agent put me on hold for 45 mins and gain no response, the call got disconnected. I gave up and I was feeling being crooked. My flight was schduled for very next day in the morning and it is now 5 pm. Almost end of the day.

Guys what will you do if you were in my shoe? I tried to browse the Airline site checked if there is an option for changing the dates of the flight but for me, there was no option for changing the date so I went for cancelation and they issued only 40% of the ticket amount credits. After 20 mins at 6 pm, guess what this brainless agent called and said what you want to do with the ticket and I told him my scenario, then this dumb said I talk to my Supervisor and he said you canceled the ticket by yourself so he can't do anything. He even refused to help in regards bluntly. I called Airlines they said it will take 10 weeks to process the issued credits. So in total, I am screwed. This stupid agent said, "I told you Mr. not to cancel the ticket"(putting all the blame on me). What the hell you talking F***ing guy after not replying and responding on time, what am I supposed to do?

So future travelers I would request "please go to other agents, who might be charging a few bucks extra but you will be on the safer side." I don't know how is this company running if they are treating their customers like that. One word for this Travel agent company is "Fraud".

I’ve never actually written a review on a company so for me to write on this one says a lot. NO NOT use travel makers. I went through G-flights app, which I’ve done several times before and never had any issues. As most know travel makers is a 3rd party ticket sales. When I purchased the ticked they said I would receive a confirmation number but I never did. The phone number they give for their customer service doesn’t work. When “Ben” calls to tell you “sorry your flight has been over booked but I found you one on United for $250 more” I said I want to cancel my booking. He told me that wasn’t possible since the money was already sent over to United I’d have to go through them. Well after being on hold for 2 hours with United I was told my daughter doesn’t have a reservation on this flight. This company is immoral and Fraudulent. Please don’t use them.

This was the worst nightmare I’ve had experienced. I was planning connected flights to 4 different islands and he extra charge me for my luggage over $100 and I asked him why I’m being charged so much and he told me due to covid but by check in they won’t charge me so I trusted him and paid for. I called the next day where my tickets are and his reply was I’m sorry I send it to the wrong email so I waited still haven’t received my flights. He finally send me my tickets on the 3 day and they were all wrong from the times, the airlines and even the cities were all changed. I was mad so I called and we argued back and forth and he finally fixed everything after so many mistakes for 3 days. When I was ready to check in at the airport the lady charged me for my luggage again and she even told me that I have to pay $30 for each of my connected flights. I was so mad I ended up cancel all my flights. Worse experience ever. Oh btw when I checked my bank he took over $190 For the luggage and add a stuff. Smh.

This is a fraudulent and fake company. I was communicating with Frank Williams then Paul sent me a note that I had problems with my air ticket. Thanks to Bank of America, I would have lost over $730 to these crooks and evil minded individuals. Make sure to click on the official site of the airline you are using.

Seems to be a big fake. Website is full of errors and they directly ask your credit numbers, and very few details of the passengers. They also don't give a receipt for what you are paying for.
I recommend to avoid this website.

Jessica was a very helpful person. Called her on a weekend and she resolved my problem with a ticket I had booked. She was Very calm, honest, reliable. Not only was it a weekend, it was a holiday weekend. Much love and respect for what she has done for me. Looking forward too booking in the near futures.

Excellent service and bookings experience with Jessica Paulson .
We booked our flight tickets with her in COVID penademic situation. They charged 50% of total ticket price. After booking, prices went very high . We were in stressful conditions until we did not get out tickets. We keep on calling her . Every time she answered our phone call politely and promised us to get our tickets. At last before 9 days to departure date she delivered us with tickets as promised price.
This was really very happy and awesome experience I ever had with any flight booking agent...!

DONT SHOP HERE. scammers, their prices are fake, they will text you through WhatsApp and tell you that the prices are up and you have to pay more. Very rude and unprofessional. Please don’t shop for any tickets here
