This is a fraud company
Never book any ticket with these guys and never do business.

The persons who booked the ticket eith them
Kindly put the charge backs and take the money back
They cannot keep your money

You can take your money which they have stolen from you.

They provided fake frontier and spirit airlines tickets, talk to the airlines directly and know the real price of the ticket and then you will know

El servicio es pésimo, prácticamente una estafa, compré unos Tiquetes ida y regreso por valor de $3.438.000, después recibi una llamada diciendo que sólo había comprado un trayecto que para comprar el regreso me tocaba pagar $6.400.000, yo expuse que era una estafa pues tenía evidencia de lo que había comprado y me dijeron que no podía cancelar, aparte de esto me iban a cobrar una multa por estar conmigo al teléfono por 60 minutos

Scam scam scam , horrible attitude would not recommend booking. Will try to steal money , up charge , send last min notification to automatically charge you. Call center is horrible, called over 10 times they hang up ounce you start talking about refund or canceling. Would put no stars if possible

they are scammers - booked via google flights, they called to confirm details, told us to reply to an email which subtly included a change in price. there was no mention of the change on the phone call.

Pésimo!! Con mentiras tratan de sacar la información de tu tarjeta de crédito. Mienten al decirte que ya se ha hecho el cargo con el banco cuando no es así, te dicen que para cancelar necesitas pagar todavía más...

Dealing with these charlatans has been a miserable and expensive business
Travel masters the international brand is in fact a front for a grubby UK organisation called PCM travel based in Hemel Hempstead who use the TM brand to generate a sense of internationalism and professionalism and fair play (atol) protected) when sourcing flights, holidays, bookings.
PCM is nothing more than a rip off organisation issuing expensive non refundable tickets.
I am not alone in these criticisms.
Beware of very late ( nearly midnight ) calls toting for business.
Trying to get this shabby outfit to reimburse a missed flight due to covid restrictions has proved harder than pulling teeth

La empresa travelmakers fue la intermediaria para vender estos tiquetes inicialmente por $329 dólares y después cobraron un cargo adicional contando estos tiquetes en total 482 dólares.

Esto es publicidad engañosa y una estafa pues dieron un precio económico y luego cambiaron la tarifa un fraude que ya fue denunciado con las autoridades de Estados Unidos pues ya hemos recolectado muchas pruebas de otros clientes que han expresado la estafa y fraude con este tipo venta de tiquetes pues este portal redirecciona a otras compañías de viajes.

The Travel Makers is a scam operation. It is a bait and switch operation. They offer you a wonderful deal, get all of your information (including CC), then the price changes, and if you are not alert, you will be booked at a much higher rate

Yes these guys are complete fraud. (Morris, deceptive name of an INDIAN guy) thats the reason they will not talk to you rather reply through WhatsApp etc. Whatever they promise will NOT be delivered once they receive their payments.
I was promised with priority seats and other stuff but nothing was delivered.
This company operates on Virtual platform, so if you're calling them from UK or Australia, your calls go to somewhere through the cyber space to other parts of the world like INDIA.
Service after purchase is RUBBISH.
Please don't book your flights through them and spoil your holidays.

thank god i didn't book my ticket they were going to steal £800 from my bank account.have you not realised that they have a Indian accent but they have English names. don't be fooled.they will keep putting you on hold trying to discuss what other lies to say.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFORMATION.

Another cheated customer by this rubbish company, let me tell you, this company is more like brokers who really doesn’t have direct contact with airlines, they work for some people on commission basis, due to this they are real HELL to deal. From my experience and looking at other feedbacks , I really suggest you don’t book with these guys unless you are saving more than 300 pounds there is absolutely no need to go with these guys if you are saving 100 pounds as they are nightmare once you agree to go with them . if you still decide to go please make sure have your plan B and money protection placed
1) Never give your Bank details to them , they will ask for these, tell them to send the secure payment link so that you are protected. Remember if you give you bank details , and anything goes wrong banks wont be able to recover your money as you have given the details.
2) Agree to pay with credit card, they will waive the credit card fee.. else tell them that you don’t want to book , I am sure these greedy vultures will agree that.
3) Keep you plan B in places, if they are good travel company they should be able to get your tickets instantly or in less than 24hrs , however these guys will say they will get in 24-48 hours, which will never happen , they will take at least 3-4 weeks to get the tickets . so if you don’t get your tickets in 24 hrs , please tell them you have booked with someone else.
4) Normally they will call you after 2-3 weeks and says the fare were deal price and airlines have back tracked and they have bit expensive fares available, which will leave you with no much choice, as you have already wasted 3-4 weeks and prices would have gone up. So please stick to 48 hrs agreement. No tickets in 48 hrs no booking.
5) When replying to any of their emails please mention conditions, saying payment is collected only if tickets are issued in the next 24 hrs with agreed flights. By having condition agreed your bank have proof that the agreed condition for the transaction are dint met and your money is protected.
6) Never send money to their bank accounts,
7) Don’t go by the 5 star feedback these are manipulated feedback, if you look at them you will see the patterns.

My suggestion pay bit more stay stress free book from reputed company rather than Brookes

Luckily, I didn't book with them and I changed my mind last minute. Almost booked though. This company have not stopped calling and sending me emails since, with BOGUS flight confirmation details. I checked with Air Brussels and they are fully booked for the dates I want to travel and do not have my details on their system whatsoever!!! I am so glad my sixth sense kicked in.

I still have not received a refund of £700 and company are claiming they did not receive funds of £700 into their account for my ticket. They always says we will update you which is terrible. All I want is money back it is very unfair as I need to travel this December. You are depriving my child of being able to enjoy her Christmas holidays. REFUND MY £700.
