If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Basically my council took me off the electoral
Register by mistake (I should be registered from early 2000s) and they admitted this, so my credit score went down and when I forwarded all the evidence to these people they said ‘you were registered from April 2026 (which was the time I got myself back on because the council MADE A MISTAKE) and said case closed. So they didn’t actually do anything at all. Absolute waste of space.

They’re useless they can’t responding…

They’re useless they can’t responding any email or Dispute they also can’t report my credit history accurately all my credit reports are false I were used some overdraft amount from my bank account and I didn’t missed any payments for all my bills I didn’t missed any direct debit at all.
I spoke with my bank about the overdraft amount they said we didn’t reported any overdraft to Transunion they reported that false if I can’t pay overdraft amount in a month then it can be effective on my credit score. In one week my credit score dropped from 570 to 467 it’s very disappointed.
I really don’t understand why banks are using Transunion they’re useless.

The most unhelpful of the 3 main Credit Reference Agencies

TransUnion has been the most intransigent and unhelpful of the three main Credit Reference Agencies. I have written to them, called them, and raised a formal complaint and have, at best, been given incorrect information and, at worst, completely ignored. They care nothing for Consumers. If you need to speak to this shower, I wish you luck.

How can be Credit check agency serious

How can be Credit check agency serious, when I found in my credit check report fake address, which is there one year. I have nothing common with that address I never been in Glasgow. When I contacted the Trans Union, they just lied to me. They said the address is removed. Unfortunately the address is still showing on my credit check report. I checked that today morning. How the Financial companies can trust and believe they received correct informations, when agency making the fraud!!! Of course they keeping ignoring all my emails correspondence. How we believe and trusting the lies !!!???
Maybe they will start talking me serious after this feedback.

All the info you hold on me is wrong , out of date and some just same bullsh1t , that credit leechecs use.

have filed complanits and that when down a black hole hate that my name is attached to you ..... with experian and Equifax I have a perfect high score but with you dumb asses its on fair!!
Be told to summit evidence to support reasons why ...... GFY why should I have todo anything its up to you to gather the correct information FCA will be getting a letter go complaint to add to your already p1ss poor performance....

I am unable to access my online report…

I am unable to access my online report due to incorrect details, when I ask them what the issue is and supply them with all my identification they still refuse to tell me what the problem is. And then, when they send me my paper copy, everything is correct?! Transunion are shockingly poor, and to think they are a credit reference agency is just appalling. I am trying to apply for a mortgage and they need my Transunion credit report, the fact I have to supply it as a physical paper document and not online is just embarrassing and is causing my application to take much longer than it should.

would be less, asked them twice now what to do when a family member dies to make sure their credit file is marked appropriately. Get a standard response now twice, with nothing to do with handling a death for a credit file. Customer services doing not even the basics

This company is driving me insane

This company is driving me insane. They say I don't have a credit card when I do - I got the credit card 6 months ago now in order to improve my score, but my report still says I don't have one. When I try to dispute the incorrect information, I just get pointless rambling replies telling me things like how to check my credit report or that accounts less than 8 weeks old may not show up - absolutely nothing relevant to the dispute I raised. I assume they're written by AI, which feels like a massive F you to consumers with a genuine issue they need to resolve. This back and forth has been going on for weeks now and is a colossal waste of my time. Transunion are the credit reporting agency used by my mortgage provider and I need their information to be accurate. Awful company.

Terrible

It feels like I'm talking to a robot on the email. Their website is confusing, and they didn't even answer my question why my credit score went down so much, as well as giving me a non-answer.

ONLY USELESS AI BOTS WHERE HUMAN SUPPORT IS NEEDED

I have only given 1 star because there is no means on Trust Pilot to give minus 1 star. I have tried for weeks/months to have simple updates on my credit report done, in respect of multiple settled accounts. I have had the companies involved issue me correspondence to send to TransUnion and I have had those companies contact TransUnion directly to confirm the account settlements, and they have verified to me that they have contacted TransUnion to request that that he relevant adjustments be made multiple times. I have send more than 25 emails, with all conclusive documents, but generic AI responses are all that I have had. There is no phone contact and no means to contact any human for assistance. Credit agencies can have a massively adverse influence on human peoples lives. Their service cannot be left to AI bots. This is unacceptable, immoral and disgraceful..

Security Password
