This is the best site for PlusBus add-ons when bought with rail eTickets. Whenever said tickets aren't recognised by the bus ticket machines in a particular zone I send the details to TrainSplit customer services and they promptly chase it up with the machine supplier.

TrainSplit are probably the main reason why PlusBus eTickets work more often than they did a year ago.

Excellent customer service received when contacting them for a refund - emails were quickly answered, even on a Sunday.

I booked a return ticket and realised I had clicked on the wrong outward train. I emailed Customer support and asked if I could change the ticket. Got a reply from a gentleman called Tony who defined what 'customer support' should be. He was extremely helpful and solved my problem in minutes and got my new ticket all sorted. 5 stars NO, I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS!!!

They managed to save me a significant amount of money compared to other options, which was already a great start. What really stood out, though, was their customer service.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. They were also very friendly and approachable, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
