BMW X5 50e, new toy!
Always difficult buying a new car from a distance having not viewed the vehicle until the day of handover.
However the staff at Sytner BMW and Mathew Pritchard in particular helped to make it an enjoyable experience.
It is our first BMW and I doubt it will be our last.

Excellent customer service
I had two trackers fitted to two vehicles and the installer gave me the serial number for each tracker installed in each vehicle as he finished installing them.
However, somehow during the registration process the wrong tracker was registered against both vehicles which I only discovered when I drove one vehicle and tracker informed me that I was driving the other one.
Upon contacting customer services I was fortunate enough to to end up speaking to a lovely lady called Angel.
Angel had a lovely cheerful personality and could not have been more helpful. She understood the problems I was having and contacted the Tracker technical department who transferred the correct tracker serial number to the the correct vehicle. Problem solved.
Well done Angel and if I end up having to contact Tracker again I will request that I speak to you.

I had to call up because I had some…
I had to call up because I had some issues with my account access. Angel was the one who helped me with getting access back to my tracker and account. She was kind and patient, and so helpful!
She walked me through all of the steps with such clarity, making sure to check I had followed them correctly too, all the way to the end where she asked me to confirm my tracker location. This meant I didn’t have to call back again because she was so thorough (undoubtedly increasing company efficiency), and all the while displaying the most personable traits, unlike some other customer service operatives in other companies who treat you as if you’re a meaningless statistic.
The company is so lucky to have her, they did a fantastic job hiring her, and she’s doing a fantastic job full stop.
10/10 experience (thank you again for all of your help Angel, if you see this!)
